Austin came to my home to repair a plumbing leak. He was knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose the issue, provide a quick quote and worked hard to fix the issue in an afternoon. Great experience!

Boris was exceptional! Our time window started with a 3 hour time frame (so much easier to work with than a full or half day time frame) and then he called when he was half an hour away to let us know. When he got here he explained to us why our water heater had gone out and we discussed pricing before he did anything. Installation was very quick and he took care of our carpets by wearing booties and laying tarps down so that nothing would get on the carpet. Once it was installed he took the time to show us everything he'd done (including fixing a few items that we didn't realize needed repair) and walked us through maintenance so that we can extend the life of our water heater. I was SO impressed with everything, start to finish, including the price! Definitely a lot lower than we were anticipating, which was the cherry on top. We can't say enough how grateful we are to this company responding so quickly and getting to our house just as fast. 10/10 we HIGHLY reccomend this company!!

I called at 10am and Bruce was at my house by 11:30 to fix two toilets with busted internals.

The work was all done by 1pm.

Bruce was professional, responsive, and very reasonably priced. Most importantly, he did excellent work.

Mark was quick and thorough! He was very professional and friendly throughout the whole visit and even helped answer some questions we had about a bathroom remodel. We are planning to do an entire remodel of our main bathroom and will be using Mark for all of the work.
Don’t go anywhere else, seriously.

We had a gas leak this past Monday and Xcel had to turn off our meter. We could not get our first selection of repair company to come out until Wednesday, but the people at Pipe It Up were able to come out Tuesday between 10am-12pm...They arrived at 4:00 without a call or notice to us. We waited in a frozen house for 6 hours for them. Upon arrival the serviceman stated he needed more parts and left to return about an hour later. He then got to work. I spent time with him showing him where the gas lines in the house ran and providing him with pictures of the lines (from when the home was being built). Unfortunately, as he was working he dropped his pressure gauge and it broke. Also unfortunately, he did not have a spare of this extremely critical piece of equipment, by this time it was about 7pm. He stated he would come back at noon on Wednesday. We had canceled the other company who could have come out Wednesday. On Wednesday the noon hour came and went without any contact from the company. I called the company 3 times with it going to voicemail each time. I left a voicemail with two separate contact numbers. I never receive a call back. The serviceman had two contact numbers for us as well. At 4:30 we received a call stating that he was on his way. We set his things outside for him to pick up and scheduled another company to do the work. I completely lost faith in this companies ability to fix my home. This company is unreliable at best and has delayed the repair of our home by at least two days. We are also unable to live in the home due to having no gas from the meter at all, so we have had to take our school aged children and arrange at last minute to live in a hotel each of the last 3 nights. I cannot speak to the work this company does, but it boggles my mind that they have 4.7 stars with 90 reviews and this is the way we were treated. Not cool.

Called them because of the good reviews, the lady who answered was very nice. She told me to send pictures of the old one with the label which
I did. Even followed up with another email later that day. ( she said the workers call between each job ) Never heard a thing back.
Update, I have changed the rating as he did call us back. It wasn't the same day as I was told it would be but he did call. He was also very apologetic about the miss connunication and I respect them for that.

Christopher was fantastic. He was extremely professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to teach us how to winterize everything. I also love that this is a family owned business. We will definitely be using again!

I would recommend Green Plumbing Solutions and plan to call them for my next plumbing job. Our kitchen sink drain pipe broke all the way through. I spoke with James on a Friday and we set an appointment for the first thing on Monday. Ryan was at the front door promptly at 8am on Monday, unfortunately the job was bigger than anticipated so we rescheduled for the next day. James and Ryan both showed up, again promptly at 8am, and got through the job by 12:30. They laid down floor protection and did a good job cleaning up. They stuck to their estimate and were courteous and helpful to answer our questions throughout the process.

Jeff is absolutely the best, most reliable, professional, kind and talented plumber around. I recommend him to friends and clients and have sworn that if he retires, then I will probably have to abandon modern plumbing altogether. Haha!
