I would have given SIX stars if possible! Casey came to my home as scheduled, was fast and clean, and resolved all the tasks fully and to my complete satisfaction. He kept me informed all along the way. We walked the property to review every detail and Casey pointed out a few things I had overlooked. Overall, he exceeded my expectations and I won't hesitate asking him next time to help me with any other electrical work I may need in the future. Very highly recommended!

The water in my house was not getting very hot and I thought it must be an issue with the water heater. I called a different plumbing company to come take a look at it. Their first suggestion was a new water heater, for $7K, when I said no he suggested a repair of about $1K. I said I would think about it, but I did not have a good feeling about them. That night I reached out to Euro Plumbing for a 2nd opinion.

Andon from Euro Plumbing came out the next day and he said it appeared the water heater was fine, but the mixing valve needed to be adjusted. After the adjustment the hot water was fine. They saved me at least $1000. I can't recommend them enough and they will be my go to company for my next plumbing issue.

Excellent and good service from a young man. Héctor came to the rescue when I needed a new faucet installed and to repair a pipe that had been causing me damage. He was clear on pricing and got the job done to perfection. He also installed a water heater for a very reasonable price, nothing like other companies were trying to charge me. Our pipes froze and we were able to schedule a technician to come out the next day. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The problem was resolved quickly. This company is also invested in and responsive to customer feedback.

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. He installed a gas line for our gas stove. It was done in a timely and professional manner that i truly appreciate. Look forward to future business with Steven and Spring Valley!

These guys are awesome! Day before Thanksgiving and I had a pipe leaking under the sink in my rental property. Mike got on the phone with me right away and had someone (Lance) out within hours.

Lance did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with the entire service these guys delivered. I will use them for any other plumbing needs and highly recommend.

Warranty company assigned this service provider to fix my toilet. Justin, the manager or supervisor, said he arrived at my home and knocked and rang the doorbell. I did not hear them. Did he attempt to call me to see if I was home? No. When I called him 20 minutes later he was very rude, unprofessional, and said he would not come back that day. When I attempted to call the office they said he is the supervisor and that I was basically out of luck. Unacceptable, and terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company.
