Just had Johan Miranda come to provide major electrical work at our place. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and was able to answer all my questions. I had water spraying from the hoses at the top of my water heater. I checked with Hone Advisor and High Five was one of three recommended. They called me before I was done with Home Advisor and had a technician out in about an hour. He looked things over, came my a couple of options and began work as soon as I made my choice. Completed quickly, cleaned up after himself and answered all of my questions. I will use them again if needed.

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. He installed a gas line for our gas stove. It was done in a timely and professional manner that i truly appreciate. Look forward to future business with Steven and Spring Valley!

I recently just bought my first home and over the course of a month I spent every waking hour doing some home renovations and cosmetic details to get it ready to move into. Once I finally got moved in I needed to do laundry pretty badly. However, much to any homeowners dismay, it turns out the pipe used to drain my washer was not draining for whatever reason and I walked into my laundry room to discover a miniature Old Faithful unleashing water everywhere. Exhausted from all the work I had done the month prior to moving in and disappointed I could not do laundry, I asked the ever so informative Facebook world for plumber recommendations. It was overwhelming how many people recommended Ruben and Flowrite Plumbing. Ruben was so understanding, reassuring and willing to help. I was able to schedule an appointment for a few short days later. His team showed up on time and worked so fast at assessing the issue. I don't think I could even do a load in the wash in the amount of time they were here. They explained the problem and showed me what they had to do to repair it. They even crawled under my house into the crawl space several times to access some of the plumbing, which you couldn't pay me to do. When the job was done, they wiped up the mess and even swept the area clean. The pride, respect and diligence Ruben's team has for their clients and the job they're working on is one that any company should take notice of. I absolutely recommend them and can rest easy if I ever run into anymore plumbing issues, knowing I have their number.

I contacted them about a clog and Kyle got in touch with me within 15 minutes. They were not only punctual, they arrived early. Manuel was incredibly professional and experienced, and took extra care in ensuring he didn't make a mess of our kitchen. We ended up having a very difficult clog and needed to flush the pipes with a high-powered water jet. As they setup the machine, Manuel moved the unit outside taking care not to get our floors dirty.

They made sure to present themselves as trustworthy, honest, and professional from start to finish. Kyle and Manuel made the experience easy and carefree. I highly recommend them to anyone.
