We used Tipping Hat to replace our furnace and install an air conditioner/condenser for our home. We had a big team supporting us every step of the way from the furnace replacement to electrical work to condenser installation and more. The entire time of Zach J., Michael L., Detlef J., Gabe L., Elijah L., Gabe B., Tommy K., Austin P., Kyle T., Remington B. and Jordan W. were great. They were very communicative, transparent, knowledgable and professional the entire time. We made a lot of big changes and are very happy that we did this with the Tipping Hat team.

This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom.

My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn’t until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times.

When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was not covered under our warranty, yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn’t even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double.

Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were “tools” next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client’s house?

Steer clear of Express Plumbing, as they will overcharge you for anything and everything.

I’m am incredibly impressed with the service, timeliness and friendliness of these guys. I live in a very old house with piping that hasn’t been replaced sense who knows when. When I initially called Bruce I had two leaks. The main one I was concerned about was a leak coming from my main water shut off valve. Bruce let me know that I could most likely fix it myself, saving some money and learning something in the process. He talked me through it over the phone and it worked like a charm! When I got to work on my second problem I was having troubles with the old piping. Just about when I was ready to smash it all apart with a hammer Bruce called to check in on my progress. (No money given or expected at all at this point either) Thank goodness he called. I sent him a picture of what I was dealing with and he was pretty shocked to see the configuration of the old piping. He let me know that one of his guys, Art had 30 years of experience and would be best fit for the job. First thing the next morning Art and Ray are here and hard at work. These guys are unbelievably friendly, efficient and informative. I’m so glad someone gave my wife their number and I will forever use these guys for any plumbing issue I have moving forward. Can’t thank you guys enough!

Does a good job, but has never been on time. The guys who eventually show up are professional, friendly, and have fixed what we needed done. Our landlord has sent this company to our house 3 times--they give you a 4 hour window, and each time were about 2 hours later than that window (a woman I spoke with on the phone once angrily tried to convince me that 9 am - 2 pm was 4 hours...).

I had a very bad clog in the basement and everything came out of the toilet from the washer. It was a mess. This is the first home I owned so I got a little scared. I called Profesional Plumbers Denver and they sent Lance. He was amazing. He arrived at 6:30pm and left at 1:45am. He had a lot of work to do and he never gave up on getting it unplugged. It took longer but because he didn't give up. He cared enough to stay and get the job done properly. I really appreciate Lance. This company comes highly recommend, especially if all the employees are like Lance. Thank you!

I wouldn’t hire or work with this company. They came out about a year ago and installed a new water heater for us. After a year the connections have been corroding and after looking at it myself and speaking with another certified master plumber we realized they were too lazy to swap out the old pipes/connections from the old water heater. When we called to inform them about this, they were reluctant and refused to fix it on their expense because “I” was not their customer but the insurance company was. It’s just really disappointing to hear and see that this type of customer service exists. They don’t put you first but are worried about how they’ll make money instead of just providing a quality service.

Truly disappointed to say the least.
