David S. Arrived in a very timely manner. His appearance was neat and clean.He was also very polite and courteous as he pulled on his protective overshoes to help keep our carpets clean. His work was completed in an extremely quick and professional manner. He was very patient as he explained all that was involved with our furnace tune up. The cost for the tune up was very reasonable and the overall quality of work was excellent. The office personnel were very polite and courteous as well and booking an appointment was quick and easy. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. I have always used Plumbline or Fix It 24/7 in the past. I've never had an issue with a quote from either company. I recently moved and thought I would try Bell Plumbing. Called for a simple project - replacing 2 shower cartridges. I had the cartridges so they were not even included in the pricing. Was quoted an astonishing $900+ for what would have been a very simple project, likely less than an hour to replace both. It was not the tech's fault as he doesn't set pricing. He was just the bearer of bad news. I obviously didn't move forward. Had to pay the $99 fee for them to come and insult me with such a ridiculous quote. Wow! What an unfortunate way to introduce a new customer to their business.

Keith arrived on time for his scheduled appointment to provide a bid to run a gas line out to our deck. When he completed this task I asked him if he could look at a problem we were having with our refrigerator. Even though this was not why what we called about nor was this his specialty, Keith spent several minutes helping me determine what the problem was and he would not take any compensation for his efforts. I truly appreciate this kind of service! Not found every day. Thank you Keith.
