Joe P. was early and kind enough to wait for us to get home. He provided amazing, professional service and really seemed to care and think through the problems with our sump pump. This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom.

My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn’t until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times.

When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was not covered under our warranty, yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn’t even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double.

Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were “tools” next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client’s house?

Josh Cathcart arrived on time. He was clean in appearance, polite, and showed respect for my property. He viewed the layout of the plumbing under the kitchen sink. He saw the best approach to clear the clog and updated me on the progress. When I asked him, he provided suggestions on how I could do my part to maintain the pipes although the layout is shared by other households. By the time he completed his service call, I felt confident that the plumbing issue was resolved.On a previous occasion, Eli Easter was also pleasant to work with. Both men represented Quality First Plumbing & Heating in an outstanding way.

We had a leak in the bathroom of our HOA pool. Phil Metz came out and took care of it quickly and professionally! They are very reasonable in cost and the customer service was excellent.

I went with this place originally because of the stellar reviews, so I guess I should add my actual experience here. The plumber who cleared our pipe of roots did the job just fine, I appreciate his work. However, we needed to get a camera run through our pipes. We were assigned Travis to do the work. The first day he was supposed to come, March 1, apparently he had broken his camera on a job, needed to go to Fort Collins to get a new one, and then needed to drive back down to Castle Rock (he did not say why, I assumed to finish a job - apparently not, as will be explained below). He said he would come March 2. He did not. When I called dispatch, he said there was nothing on the books for us on March 2. He called Travis, and Travis told him that he'd been unable to get a new camera, and that Travis would call in a bit, that same day, to explain what the next steps were. Travis did not call. Instead, he texted me March 3 to say he was sorry he had forgotten us. I am, too. We got another plumber, and they are replacing the pipe that needs replacing.

Marcus and his team are the very best. They go out of their way to help with emergency problems which we recently had with a hot water heater. They came out almost immediately and replaced the hot water heater. They are always professional, careful and through. I highly recommend Befort!

We had a broken water pipe and had water leaking into the basement. We called many plumbing companies and could not find anyone who could commit to coming the same day. We called Lukenbuilt and their plumber arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the pipe. Thank you so much! We highly recommend this company.

Called Todd's for a tankless water heater installation. I was able to get a quote the next day and schedule an appointment immediately. Mike installed everything. He was super patient, answered all my questions, and detailed everything out for me. Now I have hot water and I'm very happy with the service.

Note: There was an issue paying Mike with PayPal. Payment eventually went through but PayPal created a lot of issues for us. So don't use PayPal.

Scott was great before he even got here by calling in advance to let us know he was on his way. Scott wore a mask, kept his distance, but still invited us to watch his work and explain his findings, reasoning, and solution suggestions. His knowledge was impressive, and showed me some fascinating (if not terrifying!) things about common electrical problems in our house. Impressed us enough to get the VIP membership! Great work- I trust him!
