We called couple plumbing places but Quality First were the first ones on site. We are contracted with another plumbing company but they weren't going to be available until 6PM (our office closes at 5PM). Our pipes froze which lead to no running water into our building. Ross V. was very courteous and respectful. He covered his shoes the minute he walked into our office. He explained the prices very well and went to work right away. After finding the source of the problem, he fixed it right away. Ross took the time to explain in details how to prevent it and how he fixed it. Not many plumbers take the time to educate a customer and he did just that. We highly recommend this company and Ross V.

My water heater was making noises and had reached the end of its life. I reached out to several companies to get quotes, and all of them were quoting me for a package price that included the entire install including venting, drip pan, expansion tank, etc. I didn’t need all of that, I just needed a new water heater. I finally found Todd’s water heater repair and Mike called me to talk through the process. He said that only one piece of my puzzle needed replacement, and that’s all they would replace and charge me for. He did give me quotes up front for other items (such as a drip pan) if he thought they needed replacement once he started doing the job (for honesty and transparency). He spent quite a bit of time with me answering all of my questions and was very kind. Because they were not charging me for a package I did not need, the price was much cheaper than the other, larger companies. I reached out and scheduled the replacement with them and Mike showed up right on time, did the job quickly and efficiently, and then took time to show us the new water heater including how to shut it off if we ever needed to. He took out the old water heater, caused zero damage to our stairs and walls, and cleaned up after himself. I waited to post this review for 6 weeks, to make sure I didn’t run into any issues, but everything has been working perfect and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Todd’s. I highly recommend them!

To the T plumbing and heating got me in on the same day, which never happens with the bigger companies. They were also very reasonable on their price. Mac and Dan came in got the job done and we're out in under 30 minutes. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing and heating issues from here on out!
