Gannon and Anthony did a great job. They answered all my questions installation of our new heat pump, furnace and water heater. Bonus points for what I thought was going to be a 4 day job finishing in 2 and this is the cleanest any contractor has left my home. A+ with 2 thumbs up!

Needed help getting water lines moved for the washer to relocate it in the house I just bought. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick amazing job!

Trust and their book left me thinking they are not above board!Bell in the past has come out, delivered and kept a reasonable pricing structure.They came out in February 18, 2015 and completed 2-3 maintenance items and requested we join their CLUB so we could get a discount + better warranty. They are not COSTCO - they are plumbers, why do you have a CLUB - why don't you just give me a great price....? no real answer for that ----I wasn't thrilled about the club but moved past that to get the project completed and warranties.We had 3 follow-up items that were to be scheduled the following week. Bell promised to return but they never called to schedule those items. I had to call them back.After an extensive scheduling phone call about my goals for the visit and the services that needed to be performed and that were still outstanding and what my expectations were they sent a tech out today.Not only was he not prepared he told me they didn't offer 1 of the 3 services and the new quote was 5x's the quote of the previous technician for the first item. Needless to say we didn't get to the other items on the list at asked him a few questions and then politely asked him to leave.Incompetence and not 100% understanding the message was something I could have lived with but the 5x quote became an issue back to the club are they really doing something to help their clients or just line their pockets. I don't be grudge Bell for making a living but I would ASK QUESTIONS from the team and get it ALL in writing as they didn't seem to be above board and blamed the situation an employee that was the first technician leaving.BEWARE

I called the main office for Tipping Hat and spoke with Ginger to have someone come out and give me an estimate for a water heater. We made an appointment and technician Josh came out within a couple of days. We discussed water heaters, picked out one for a great value, and scheduled the installation. Josh discussed the maintenance programs as well. He arrived on time, installed the water heater, and reviewed all the features. He was totally professional, friendly, and efficient. This experience was another reason we only use Tipping Hat for services we need. An awesome company with employees committed to providing guaranteed service and products.

Zachary D. and earlier Pete D. came to my home to assist, first with identifying a problem with a clogged drain (Pete D.)in the kitchen drain system, and then clearing (Zachary D.) a clogged kitchen drain. They were informative asking questions of me in a courteous, helpful manner.and then providing information to me about what they were doing. When the drain proved to be quite clogged, Zachary was most persistent in unclogging and clearing this stubborn drain while at the same time encouraging me that our drain would be cleared and we would be able to use our kitchen for our evening meal. Zachary carefully checked all areas of the household to make sure the drain had been cleared and all sink faucets, toilets, He made sure the water and dishwasher were running as they should. What a relief and how glad I was that Zachary and Pete came out to see what was going on! They arevery skilled professionals and did a great job!

Alan called me back right after I sent him pictures. Then he managed to squeeze us in to the end of a busy friday. He was super professional, fast, neat and great with the kids. My son was like, “he’s really cool.” He installed the new heater quickly, fixed some plumbing issues the last guy had left, and was helpful explaining the new system as well.

Max and Will stopped by to diagnose a leak from my dishwasher. They were super prompt, helpful and friendly. Not only did they find the source of the leak, but once they realized it was an appliance issue rather than a plumbing issue, they told me who I should seek out for that kind of fix. They worked quickly to diagnose and even though they couldn’t solve the issue, they helped me figure out who could. I would definitely call them again to help with a plumbing problem. Trustworthy, efficient and swift!

The guys I personally work with are exceptional and are so willing to teach you the things you have any question about and allow you to do the work so you can see that you are able to do it and won't forget it.
