Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. He installed a gas line for our gas stove. It was done in a timely and professional manner that i truly appreciate. Look forward to future business with Steven and Spring Valley!

Matt did a great job repairing the drain lines under the kitchen sink so the water now drains out correctly.

We had Tipping Hat replace a sump pump while our basement was flooding because the old one wasn’t working. Saved us from damage that would have cost us thousands of dollars. I had TH come back and reglue PVC pipe from the old system that had separated. Quick, professional service!Based on the quality of service I’ll be using Tipping Hat again!!!

Jesus did an amazing job!! Very professional, was done in a timely manner, no hidden fees!!! He was on time and also answered all of our questions. As first time home owners we had no clue what any of this was and Jesus made sure to explain in detail. We got other quotes from others that weren’t happy to answer questions and their prices were overwhelming!! Definitely recommend this company!!

Express plumbing is the most efficient and hard working plumber in the Denver metro area. He makes sure that you are getting a quality service that is reliable and valuable. He is very easy to schedule jobs with and has a sense of humor. So far he has replaced my water heater, toilets and several valves.

I cannot comment on the quality of their work as we had them come out for an estimate. I can comment on the quality of their pricing and transparency.The company said it would cost $45 to have someone come out and see if we had a leak in our pipe. The gentleman was courteous and in our home for under 30 minutes. His analysis was simply that he saw no issues and recommended we have a smoke test completed. Then we were billed $150!Seems very disingenuous to quote $45 and forget to say the plumbers half hour of time would cost an additional $100. At no point was I told I would be billed an extra $100 until the man handed us a bill at the end. I wasn’t asked if I was ever approving such additional costs. Due to this lack of transparency and suspect billing practices, I would not recommend this company.June 2020

My water heater gave in and was leaking water everywhere, so much so it was it was becoming a hazard, however, Deshawn from Better Plumber, came and replaced it within the afternoon. He worked fast and clean and communicated clearly during the whole process. I couldn't have asked for a better guy/ company to help with my emergency.

And not just the price difference of replacing the water heater VS fixing the problem. I decided to fix the water heater. He fixed it the same day AND cleaned up his mess.
