Best Bathtub Drains in Aurora CO

I am very happy with this company. They were helping us replace the recycling line. They were perfect in everything: communication, scheduling, pricing, timing, attitude. Al did his job fast and cleaned up after himself which isn’t very common for constructors!

15/10 would call again. Lance from Professional Plumbers came by to fix my kitchen drain that had back flows. He was professional and provided great service snaking and jetting for a reasonable price.

I called him on a Tuesday for a tub leaking into my laundry room. He said to text him to confirm a time and he'll get back to me. Told me the next day at 8am that he could come by between 1-3pm. No call no show. I texted asking what time he thought he could come by. He apologized and said between 4-6. He then texted me at 5:50 saying he was 30 minutes from my house.

At 6:50 I finally told him I didn't want his services.

Much like that other 1 star review, feels like he decided my plumbing issue was too small to be worth his time.

I wish he would have just referred me to some one else. I took time off of work to be available and instead wasted 7+ hours of my day and evening.

Paul is amazing! We had a quick deadline (under contract) and he got out there the same day on a holiday week, provided thorough inspection with a report the same day as well! He far exceeded our expectations by taking the time to explain everything to us and provided valuable insight - we will be going to him for all future needs :) Thanks Paul!
