Ron was great to work with. The most knowledgeable and friendly boiler tech I have experienced. Brothers always shows up timely and professional. Their prices are pretty high, but boiler repair and maintenance is hard to come by in Denver.

I called Bell to have an outside faucet repair and Jim Womack was the name of the plumber who completed the repair. Jim is a personable and very professional fellow who patiently discussed my options to repair the faucet. The repair was done properly and in a timely manner and because of the discussion of options I was able to choose an option that was less costly. Jim is friendly and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to call on him again when I have issues related to plumbing, heating or air conditioning. Coltan came out on a call for a bad wax ring on our toilet. He was very generous with his time and knowledge and took a look at several issues that we were concerned about, offering clear and helpful advice for all. He ended up rebuilding and reseating that toilet, which fixed the problem and should prevent future problems for years to come. He also took a look at our overall system, taught us why we needed an expansion tank on our water heater, and was able to get that installed the same day. It's a relief to know our system is in good shape now.The entire time he was courteous and professional. The cost was reasonable and there was never a pitch for any kind of service plan or other add-on that we didn't need. We're impressed with Tipping Hat and will be happy to have Coltan back any time we need help.

Michael and his team were very professional. He was honest with us in what he recommended, and didn’t try to oversell us. We required our old cast iron drains (under our basement floor) to be replaced. They took care of it quickly, and tried to let me know when they found something different than what they were expecting. Will definitely use them again (but hopefully I won’t have to soon lol).

The representative did a fantastic job with the repair as well as being courteous, timely and professional. As well, he took extra time to discuss other options for additional services and pricing for things we may do in the future. Excellent all around!

Done Plumbing was very professional. They waived the travel fee when they had to reschedule our appointment. I am impressed with the customer service and the advance notice of the time to expect the technician. They even emailed a profile and photo of the technician so we would know who to expect. The were efficient and reasonably priced, too!

Kevin K. was eager to please. He cleaned out the roots from the sewer and all was well. The camera verification of the job will be done in a few days by someone else. So far, so good.I have a couple of comments in matters unrelated to Kevin K. directly. (1) ARS Rescue Rooter wants a social networking authentication to post this review. I wonder what else it might do with my account. Targeted ads, maybe? (2) By the way, doing the camera inspection first and then the cleaning if necessary costs $338. Doing the cleaning and then the inspection costs $88. Puzzling.
