Best Repair Water Damage in Irving TX

I happened to google this company and it was the best decision I have ever made! We had a water leak and I called for a quote. I spoke with Robert, he came out the same day, and we want the repair done as soon as possible. We scheduled the time, they came out the next day early morning, and finished within 2 hours! Robert was knowledgeable, detailed, and his crew was professional! The service was outstanding! I support small businesses and this is the reason that we will continue to use this company for future repairs! Thank you Robert and crews!

Yesterday, August 7, Drain Doctor Rx (DDRx plumber, Roman, assessed and fixed a sudden and unexpected backup at my home in Richardson where multiple families now live.

After more than 35 years, he was the first plumber who actually 'showed' me where my flow was directed, even having me 'hear' the sound of the equipment working underground in my front yard emptying out to the street. All others said the pipes emptied in the opposite direction and into the back alley.

Roman did a quick job of targeting the source and cause of the backup and had the issue resolved in less than an hour with minimum disruption within the house.

Roman was professional, courteous, and thorough. I highly recommend DDRx and Roman for their quick response (hours) when multiple other businesses were unable to respond for days.

Called ARS and asked how much an estimate would be to solve a sewage odor issue at my office. They told me the estimate would be free, so we had a plumber come and take a look. He didn't want to actually look at the roof vent pipes, which were causing the problem. He quoted us an amount for repairs ($150/hour + materials). We asked him to come the next day. When he arrived, he proceeded to do another estimate, taking two hours, and charging us $150/hour for the estimate, even though we were told by the company that estimates were free. We found him cooling off in his car, without having started any work yet. At that point, we asked him to leave and paid him for his time, but feel definitely cheated. How can they stall for two hours, and pretend to draw up another estimate, and charge us for it as if they had done any work? Definitely do NOT recommend this company.

Dustin came to repair a leak in the master bathroom shower. He did an excellent job in a timely manner showing knowledge and profesionalism. He showed up on time completed the repairs as discussed. Overall, I am very satisfied with his job, clen quick and very affordable. I strongly recommend him. If you give him the opportunity you won't regret it.

This company is so far beyond anything I have ever experienced. No customer service, way too anxious to get thei $9350 up front, took them 10 days of arguing with the demolition crew about the fact that we had no toilet! No one takes responsibility, no one cares about the customer. No one shows up on time, and one of the bosses even yelled at me over the phone. They installed a shield into my underground drainage pipe and asked me to sign off on their work before it was inspected by the City. Totally unethical, totally disreputable, do not call them for anything.

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
