I recently had my old tank water heater replaced with a new tankless water heater by them, and I am satisfied with their service. The technician was skilled and completed the installation promptly. They also guided me in how to treat it to live longer.

DFW Pipe & Plumbing really came through. I contacted their competition but they told me 2 weeks to get on the schedule. Not DFW Pipe. They came and gave me an estimate the same day and fixed my slab leak the next. Better yet, they did not nickle and dime me. I paid what was quoted, even though the job was not as anticipated. After having foundation work done on our house we were told there was a leak under one of the bathtubs so after 2 estimates we decided to go with Links. I'm glad we did. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Derrick. He is kind, respectful and very informative. The work was completed in the time frame he told us and was overall a smoothe stress free process. We have one more leak and plan on calling them out for this one as well.
