He gave us good info on a few other issues we were thinking about, telling us which were the most important and which not to worry about. I will call them next time I need a handyman!

They were very professional and explained everything to me before repairs and after. My brother is deaf, they patiently attempted communication with him, they had to talk to me via phone and also went next door to my sister's house to communicate with us.
