The experience was BEYOND good. I called at 2:00 PM with a backed up kitchen sink, multiple leaks under the sink (I got those trying to use a plunger to clear the blockage), a labyrinth of metal pipes linked to PVC and a garbage disposal that had seen better days. Mark sent James, a young plumber with a wonderful disposition who arrived about 2 hours later. James cleared the blockage, pulled out all the pipes from under the sink, replaced the garbage disposal, replaced the jumbled mess of metal and PVC with a greatly simplified set of PVC-only drain pipes, tested everything and had us back up and running in less than 2 hours. And charged less than I expected! As far as I am concerned I have found the plumbing company I will use for as long as I live in this area. And I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark and James to my friends. Fast, friendly and an excellent price - I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Looked over the possible cause of gas leak, spoke with generator contractor about where it may be. Ascertained the gas cutoff in attic and is returning to test the control knob and parts to determine that is place of leak. Very professional and responsive .

We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). I happened to google this company and it was the best decision I have ever made! We had a water leak and I called for a quote. I spoke with Robert, he came out the same day, and we want the repair done as soon as possible. We scheduled the time, they came out the next day early morning, and finished within 2 hours! I called Eddie to install a swap out a gas cooktop, and he did a great job. While other big name hardware stores would not sell me an install service without an inspection first (to ensure size of countertop hole matched the cooktop), each service taking about 2 weeks turnaround, Eddie just went with what I told him about the size match and showed up on time. He and his son-in-law did a great job, checked if there were any gas leaks and then finally his son-in-law was nice enough to warn me that cooktop was calibrated to a very low flame in Low setting, with risk of going off with a ceiling fan or door shutting. So could look up hte manual and calibrate it myself to make the cooktop safe to operate.

Called them at 7pm and gave them my info. I was called back at 7:35 and informed I was next and it should be an hour give or take. Was called again at 7:55 and informed they were on the way. They arrived at 8:25 and started to find the problem. Main line had a blockage so they cleared the line. Left a little before 9. Very courteous and professional. The price was great for an after hour service call. I will be using these guys for all my future plumbing needs. Great job AAA Auger.

Tech arrived promptly and addressed the problem with urgency. Determined I only needed a small adjustment when I thought I was going to have to replace my garbage disposal for a leak that was occurring.
