I happened to google this company and it was the best decision I have ever made! We had a water leak and I called for a quote. I spoke with Robert, he came out the same day, and we want the repair done as soon as possible. We scheduled the time, they came out the next day early morning, and finished within 2 hours! Robert was knowledgeable, detailed, and his crew was professional! The service was outstanding! I support small businesses and this is the reason that we will continue to use this company for future repairs! Thank you Robert and crews!

Everyone working in the house was very nice and they they kept the house clean and completely fixed the leak. Calls were returned quickly and phone staff was friendly. Overall, they saved me a lot of money by finding the actual leak and getting it done before closing.

BACKGROUND:We found Herndon McFarland Plumbing through our Home Insurance agency during a difficult home selling process. While our house was inspected a possibility of a leak was found. Our buyers hired another plumbing company who found a separation in the pipes in a part of our house and quoted us a huge amount to fix the leak. It took us another high priced plumber to tell us that a separation doesn't necessarily mean a leak but they quoted us $600 just to do an isolated leak test after already charging me a couple hundred dollars to snake the pipes and relook at the previous plumbers findings. I was very frustrated at that point.

Our insurance company set us up with McFarland for the isolated testing and they did a very thorough job and found the true leak. Their quote to fix the leak (in a completely different place that the first plumber's guess -btw) was reasonable and they could finish the job when needed.

A few days before they were to begin one of the owners called me to tell me that they couldn't get a permit because there was some kind of lien on our property from a previous owner. He had already talked to the appropriate people and told me who I needed to contact and how I could resolve the issue. He was understanding of my freaking out moment and encouraged me not to worry. Luckily, I was able to get everything worked out right away and the plumbers could still do the work on time and as planned.

Really great, friendly and personable service from start to finish! Their dispatcher, Shelly, is super-friendly and kept us up to date on where they stood with the other appointments. Even with all of the burst pipe calls around Dallas due to the storm and the late hour, they took the time to carefully find the leak, repairing it with minimal damage to the wall. They made certain that the repair held, and even inspected the other lines for any signs of additional burst pipes or other problems - despite it being after midnight! I was VERY impressed with their professionalism, their good humor and calmness during what is certainly a stressful time with tons of emergency calls. I will certainly use them for my future plumbing needs and you should too!

Joey & his assistant were extremely professional & thorough. They kept me informed throughout the process & were very forthcoming regarding my questions. As a female who doesn't know anything about plumbing, it was so refreshing to deal with men who don't mind answering dumb questions.

I had a a/c company come out to service my unit and They tell me I need a new fan motor, cacapitor and both of the a/c unit line clean and bye the way he was very rude and leaves me with $2500 of repairs, so after a week and a half trying to keep my family Cool until I can get it done, so I decided to get a second opinion I call ARS/ Rescue Rooter, and God sent a angel call Mr. Scott very honest friendly and helpful and on time and ready to work, he ask what's was going on I explained... me andMr.scott notice a lot of bogus information the fan was good and the cacapitor was good as well and dishonest about the drain, Mr Scott taken care of what needed to be done. Thank you Mr Scott, Mr.West and Mr. Sam Alexander.

Very over priced !! $200 for literally 10 mins of service. Do not recommend..

Loved everything about this company. They worked with me and helped me beyond my expectations, they also helped me understand what I can do in the future to not have more issues. Ten out of ten service!
