They arrived at the time they promised and completed the job professionally. But they are very $$$$ expensive. Expect a $60 trip charge just to show up on top of $95 an hour time charge. If the bill runs over a $1000 and you choose to pay by credit card then there will be a surcharge on that.
If that doesn't bother your pocket book then I highly recommend them. Plumbers for some reason, that I don't understand, are very expensive.

If you have a clogged toilet use Pipe Experts. They are efficient and don't charge for unnecessary services unlike most plumbing companies. I would use them again.

I had a bad blockage in my sewer lines and stuff was backing up into my tubs and toilets. I called them and they came out right on schedule. They didn't change the quoted price or try to sell me anything. They were thorough, professional, and friendly. They also were able to locate issues to avoid future problems, and gave me a quote if we wanted to move forward with fixing it later--very helpful.

We were moving into our new House and the faucets and toilets had leaks. We decided to get a plumber rather than a Handyman to fix and, boy, were we right. We got Oliver as our plumber and we took him around the House and showed him what needed to be done. Agreed on the scope of the work and that was it. 11/2 hours later there he was job completed. It was a job well done and we are very pleased with the Quality of the Work. As I mentioned to Oliver we have found our plumbing company.

Called milestone for AC issues; Brandon was the repairman that was sent. Brandon was thorough in determining what issues I had with my AC-he even spent the time explaining the issues to me. He was very positive with the way he went about his business even in the 100plus degree weather! He exemplifies a quality employee/ambassador for Milestone electric!

Adam's Plumbing fixed a leaky faucet in my bathroom. They came out the same day and were done quickly, even though they had to get some parts and replace some old pipe. They cleaned up when finished and were 100% professional and the cost was reasonable. Why use anyone else?

They called me back after I left a message the day after Christmas. They were giving me estimates over the phone when usually they should be given once they arrive on location to assess what work needs to be done which is fine, then Jackie started explaining that there’s a $20/hour OT fee that I’d need to pay due to the holiday. I told her it’s the 26th today, and Christmas was yesterday, isn’t today just regular working hours?! She offered me to speak with the owner Charlie to explain the holiday OT charge to me or hopefully waive that fee as a first time customer, especially if I was referred from another plumber “Mo”. Anyways this is how the owner opens up the conversation “Hello my name is Charlie and I’m the owner of the company, and if you got a problem with the $20/hour Holiday OT, you’re more than welcome to find someone else in the metroplex. I’m not going to stay on the phone and argue with you.” I even told him that’s fine, have someone come by today then he said “no I don’t want to.” The. Hangs up. I was actually relieved I got this treatment before I felt any obligation to pay them. And basing this off other reviews I’ve seen for Drain Doctor.

I contacted Harry via email from recommendations by a neighbor on Nextdoor. He was very responsive even over the weekend when I was trying to setup an appointment for potential work. He arrived at the time he said he would and provided feedback on a water leak I had on my lawn. It turns out that it was one of the irrigation zones and not coming from the water main. He provided some assistance in shutting off the supply going into my irrigation system. He does not work on sprinkler systems but provided a contact he recommended. I will definitely be contacting Harry and HFC for any future plumbing needs. Very professional and helpful.

We worked with Dalton. Our sink was not draining at all and was also leaking from the bottom. Dalton came in and explained everything he was doing and fixed the problem. He was very thorough and did an amazing job! Price was reasonable for the amount work that he did as well! Definitely recommend!

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
