Dustin came to repair a leak in the master bathroom shower. He did an excellent job in a timely manner showing knowledge and profesionalism. He showed up on time completed the repairs as discussed. Overall, I am very satisfied with his job, clen quick and very affordable. I strongly recommend him. If you give him the opportunity you won't regret it.

They got to our house in Arlington soon after the freeze when our pipe broke. Thought it was going to be a simple fix but pipe wasn't where it was supposed to be underneath the faucet. It took him a lot of work to find it but he worked until he found it and replaced it. He showed me his Texas State plumbing license. They cleaned up after themselves. Won't use another plumber. I'm a hard person to please so if I was pleased that is HUGE. Highly recommend them.

Called one of the big companies I used before but they would not estimate sight unseen. Couldn’t risk being hundreds off, I understand but at the end of the month really just needed ballpark for such a simple gig and needed completed same day without having to call some one else if it was too high. And I don’t have the time to do it myself.

Estimated over phone, keep in mind it was a couple of simple toilet supply line shut off valves ( just note she may not be able to estimate large gigs sight unseen - and I wouldn’t either). She was prompt in communication, arrived when she estimated and made repairs so quick and done right! It took like maybe 45 minutes at most! Nikki will be my new go to plumber - Plus she is local!
