Quan came in with a mask and cover’s on his shoes. I showed him what needs to be done and I agreed for the price he quoted me. I had the replacement parts from Kohler already sipped to me.
Quan replaced handle assembly in my shower , but there was a issue, a small part was missing in the new handle assembly. But he was smart enough to take that small part from the old handle assembly and used it in the new handle assembly and fixed it.
For the bathtub he had to change the pressure balancing assembly. Even here there was a issue taking out the old part because there was not enough room. He had to cut the tiles around and managed to take the old assembly. He installed the new assembly and checked to make sure there is no water leak . Before he left he cleaned the area and was looking good.
Quan was very professional from the start to the end, and I will use him again if needed, and I strongly recommend to my family and friends. Thank You Quan you did a great job.

Great folks working for this company. When I called for a repair service, the customer service representative told me I was outside my 90 days warranty period . However, the customer service representative spoke with her manager and was able to get me a one time service visit at my house to fix the issue at no cost. When the plumber came, he was a very nice person and made me feel comfortable with the job being performed. He took the timeout to explain what he was doing so that i can reform this task myself, if the same issue exist in the future. I am very pleased with the customer service representative and plumber.
