Best Water Heater in Irving TX

We've been using Ondras Plumbing since we were referred to them several years ago. They are EXCELLENT at what they do, don't charge you for things you don't need and are very reasonable in their pricing. Very honest and dependable company! We will use them for all of our plumbing needs.

Looked over the possible cause of gas leak, spoke with generator contractor about where it may be. Ascertained the gas cutoff in attic and is returning to test the control knob and parts to determine that is place of leak. Very professional and responsive .

Did a great job, Arrived on time and stuck to estimate. Will be our new go to plumber .

Had a great experience with the guys at Proficient Plumbing. My water main valve had corroded and I wanted to get it fixed before I had a leak that I couldn’t shut off. SO FRUSTRATING to try to buy a simple part from this outfit, unless it happens to be in the storem
(1) Went to local store to get a simple plumbing partwe dont carry that
(2) looked online---yes we carry it online
(3) Ordered online and it was supposed to be shipped to the local store
(4) 4 days later I phoned store to check if package arrived in the store --after fighting their horrible phone system i was told Gee whiz it was not shipped to the store something went wrong!

HERES WHATS BROKEN IN MY OPINION
(1)STORE/ONLINE sales seem to be disconnected from each other. They live in two different worlds. with no real communication.

(2) Customer Cannot phone store people . Call store in irving and I got somebody in San Antonio sitting at a computer, who claims they will 'check their system and find the answer.

(3) Ferguson has set up a Phone IVR greeting system to try to give people impression of a seamless billion dolar operation, similar to Home Depot's. But they fail on that point. So when you phone the greeting asks you to choose from MANY different departments --Go the store you see 2 people there --who is kidding who? All that false complexity does not help at all

We had to get a new toilet and the service by Tim was wonderful. And courteous. And I like the type of toilet that he picked out for us. If you need a plumber ask for Tim.

Matt did a Great job of fixing a water main service line coming into our home in Addison. It was a tough job and he stayed on the problem for almost 10 hours to get it fixed. Thanks for your hard work Matt, we have our water turned back on again. Paul J.

This company wanted to overcharge on a hot water heater replacement. We called our home warranty company, they contracted out with Black Tie. The rep that came out came up with $1300 in additional charges that we’d have to pay....all completely bogus. The amount of pressure that this guy applied for us to sign and give him the job was insane, all which is on video surveillance. One of the most ridiculous charges was $250 for a permit...which cost only $100. I would never do business with an organization like this. After having another plumbing company come out, we were only out an additional $400, not $1300!! Always get a second or third opinion when dealing with this company. Buyer beware!!
