There’s a lot of reasons to be happy today! I want to share this great experience of mine and this is the reason why I am overwhelmed today. This technician accomplished the heating furnace repair at my place. I knew how hard it is to do it but then, he is determined and focus to do the job. He is kind, knowledgeable, professional and approachable. He managed to finish the job easily and appropriately. He had done so much for me. The master and his assistant came out and very quickly determined what was wrong with my oven. He had the part with him, he replaced it and fixed it within half an hour. He also took the time to explain what was wrong with it and also gave some great tips on using filters (turned out the ones I had were terrible). Great service.

Last weekend we had a problem with the stove. He was kind enough to help me solve some basic problems over the phone on Saturday. When that didn't work, we agreed that I needed him to take a look. He assured us that the stove would be in order by the weekend, and we agreed that he would come on Monday. He approached, was on time and did not close the lines of communication until his arrival. When he was here he gave an honest assessment of the problem and was able to fix my oven. He was extremely professional, helpful, friendly and gave us great advice. He is a local businessman who cares about the client and it is clear that he wanted to do his job the best he could. He delivered and then some. I had a heater that didn't turn on. The professionals arrived within the time given to me. The master was great. He checked everything, was able to get everything working, and gave me some good options if the problem came up again. This is a VERY old system. He didn't charge me for a support call. I will use them again and recommend them.

This company improperly ventilated my fireplace during a remodel and refused to fix it. When I called and spoke to Allen Johnson he was rude and disrespectful. He wouldn't even listen to me. He just kept interrupting me during the conversation. They lied about events leading up to the venting of the fireplace. They did everything possible to avoid paying for their mistake and taking responsibility for the problem they created.

Mauricio did an excellent job! Although it was just an evaluation, he took his time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explain everything. He dedicated over 2 hours inspecting every aspect, leaving no stone unturned. We have complete confidence in the issues he discovered, especially since he provided plenty of supporting pictures. Our first experience with Complete Comfort has been outstanding, and we eagerly look forward to working with them again.
