Best Water Softener Service in Irvine CA

Excellent customer service! I decided to upgrade to an WiFi Thermostat and had everything installed on the wall, but couldn't figure out why no power was being routed to the thermostat. I re-wired everything several times and still had no power. I took several photos and sent them to socal to see if they could help out and sure enough, they were able to solve my problem almost instantly! The sales associate who helped me was Tim - who explained everything in great detail and even went the extra mile in providing his personal phone number in helping me quicker when I followed his solution. The issues revolved around the furnace and wiring not being properly installed. And BAM, the WiFi Thermostat worked like a charm! Socal PH&AC was very helpful and recommend them 110% to anyone with AC/Heater/Thermostat troubles!

Nick from Parvizal provided excellent customer service AND technical expertise in clearing my kitchen sinks yesterday.

He cleared a large bag and some metal wire (yes) that was lodged deep in the pipes. It was not an easy or quick job, but Nick was professional and positive throughout.

Nick ensured everything was working perfectly and left the area cleaner than when he found it. Having a professional Parzival plumber made a big difference in this job.

You guys are great! Thank you for your service when we needed you most and turning a what seemed a difficult task in to an easy one. Had a couple companies in the past try to give me general pricing and when they came price would go up significantly for stuff which should of been part of the quote. Quick water heater's pricing is complete. They have an easy to use website. I liked how they did offer knowledgable advice and suggestions. Auxariera and his brother came out to upgrade our water heater to a tankless water heater . they exceeded beyond on getting the job done . They did not give up when there was few bits of bumps on this job. They did not quit they were determined to insure the job was handle professionally with care. They went beyond to make sure we got our hot water back. Very happy on result.

Excellent service, nice staff. Needed a part to repair a bypass valve. They confirmed they had the right part in stock over the phone and had it waiting for me when I got to the shop.
