My water heater had been leaking for awhile. It was clear I needed a new one. At my neighbor's suggestion, I called Sage Plumbers. Brendan and Alex came over the same day and assessed the situation. Brendan gave me several different options for replacing the heater. He took the time to answer my questions. He made recommendations based on my needs. The quote I received was very fair. Brendan and Alex were able to have the new water heater installed before the end of the day. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Sage Plumbers. Brothers Plumbing Heating & Air are a family owned and operated, company. Jim is very professional, responsive and does excellent quality work. He is honest and knowledgeable, He does what is needed, and will tell you , no you don't need something else.
I called them on a Monday, he found the right water heater and installed it the next day, amazing in this day and age.

Lyle Reitan came out just hours after we called Olson and spent several hours on a leak between our upstairs master bath shower and downstairs bar. Lyle cut an area about 3 ft by 3 ft in the drywall ceiling and the water trapped in the ceiling was drained. After draining 1/2 bucket of water from the drywall ceiling above the bar Lyle proceeded for over 2 hours locating the leak. Unfortunately, he was unable to locate the source of the leak and there was no evidence of a leak in any of the inflow and outflow pipes. We agreed Olson would return to repair the leak if the problem reappears. The charge for Lyle’s service for spending over 3 hours was only $149. Lyle was professional and very thorough with his work.

There are a ton of plumbers, but not many that you can trust with high volume losses/emergencies and get consistent and reliable service each and every time. No matter the distance or time of day Kinetic leaves each job with happy residents and great follow to management.

Good, reliable, honest plumbers. Trevor has helped us with a new water heater and faucet leak (and new install) under our sink. James helped resolve a severely clogged shower drain. Very professional and helpful, would recommend and will work with them again.
