When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Heat not working on a cold day. Irvine HVAC Masterscould come out the next day. Carlos arrived on time and quickly found the problem. A sticking pressure switch. He fixed it temporarily and ordered a replacement. The part arrived the next morning and was quickly installed. Carlos was very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend them again. Thanks.

Brendan gave me several different options for replacing the heater. He took the time to answer my questions. He made recommendations based on my needs. The quote I received was very fair. Woke up this morning with water falling through my ceiling from my attic. Made 3 calls to other plumbers, and was told it would be 2 to 3 days before anyone can be there. Still searching I called Brothers and left my info (6am). About 10 minutes later my phone rings, it’s Jim from Brothers. He tells me he can have someone there by noon. 11:30 John shows up, finds the leak, fixes it and gone in just over an hour! Very fare price too! I definitely recommend them 💯! They will be my first call next time!!

I was looking for water filtration for my our house and was checking out few companies in the area (Irvine). Peak West Plumbing was one of the companies i requested for an estimates. Their price was very reasonable and yet when they called me for details and discussion of the process i could say that the person on the phone knew every small detail about the job that will be done. I am very detailed guy and the way it was introduced to me was the perfect. At the end of the call i had all answers to my questions that i was planning to ask but never asked because he already answered all of them the way he explained it to me. We agreed on terms and the job was done in 4-5 hours by 2 technicians. I also liked that owner came to check if everything is okay while they were installing everything.
