When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. I had an old, leaking tub and shower faucet I originally wanted repaired to avoid the cost and mess of a replacement. Jim went above and beyond to find the discontinued parts but before they could ship, the faucet started to run continuously - there was no way I could wait. Thankfully, he was able to come out the next day to do a replacement.

From beginning to end, I was impressed by the care and concern Jim took in keeping everything clean, from transporting his tools and equipment to clean-up. He did a great job working with the existing plumbing - the new handle and spout look fantastic! Brother's Plumbing exceeded my expectations; Jim was nothing less than professional and punctual, he communicated well and was very fair with pricing.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, easily figured out why my sink was draining in to my dishwasher. He also recognized other potential problems with our 20+ under sink and explained them to me and showed me photos. He genuinely was not trying to upsell me, he just kindly educated me what potential issues we might have in the near future. He was the first plumber ever to bring a cleaning agent and clean my under cabinet before putting all my stuff back in. They were able to schedule my appointment within 3 hours and communicated when he was 20 minutes away. I am highly satisfied.

I called to get a garbage disposal put in, thought it would be a quick job. Two young very polite men showed up and this job turned out to be a real pain. A part that came with the new disposal did not fit in the sink, they took the time to find the correct part, drove to pick it up and then installed it. Great service. I could not be happier. AND....I called that morning, some nice polite fellow on the line said, we will have a truck in your area this afternoon. How great is that. I will call on them again.

I need a 6th star! I ordered a new fridge but it couldn’t be installed because the ancient water valve was frozen. Peak West owner Mustafa came the same day and fixed it, then hooked up the new fridge. After he finished I asked about a knocking sound coming from the water heater. He suspected it was excess water pressure. Boy was he right! Twice the maximum pressure! Another plumber had previously fixed a couple of leaks and recommended we replace all our “cheap” copper piping. Mustafa said the pipes were fine, it was the excess pressure that was the problem. He installed a water pressure regular and saved me thousands of dollars (and incredible headaches) since I didn’t need to replace all of our pipes. So honest! Easy to communicate with, too. Very nice, explains what he does and why. I can’t recommend him enough!
