Invoice # 63797113 Dt 11/04/2022. John Rocco did nothing, came in and was gone in 5 minutes. I showed him that my cleanout is broken and in return he gives me an overpriced estimate. When I refuse, then he comes up with a service charge of $89 and the invoice he sent me, won't read as a service charge at all. Total rip off, if something similar happened to you? File it with BBB, their ratings should be in negative. Would give them a MINUS STAR If I could.

Very neat and clean gentlemen respectful got it all done with a smile on their face I'd call them again also recommend by me class act!

My water heater had been leaking for awhile. It was clear I needed a new one. At my neighbor's suggestion, I called Sage Plumbers. Brendan and Alex came over the same day and assessed the situation. Brendan gave me several different options for replacing the heater. He took the time to answer my questions. He made recommendations based on my needs. The quote I received was very fair. Brendan and Alex were able to have the new water heater installed before the end of the day. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Sage Plumbers. They provided me with excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and fair prices. I'm sure you'll be pleased too.

All good but price wise definitely not competitive, very expensive $195 for a light 10 minutes work, that’s actually more expensive than my Cardio doctorBut Samuel is Avery polite, professional and comfortable to communicate with.

There are a ton of plumbers, but not many that you can trust with high volume losses/emergencies and get consistent and reliable service each and every time. No matter the distance or time of day Kinetic leaves each job with happy residents and great follow to management.

You should definitely save their phone number because you just never know when you'll need their help.

I am very happy with the job that Zach Acosta performed. He patiently explained his work and brought me up to speed on his approach. He cut away my old kitchen faucet (I’m going to replace that myself) and then removed and replaced my outdoor front faucet. At no point did I feel confused or uncomfortable with him. He also made an effort to explain other areas of the house (water heater, main water shut off, water softener systems, annual service plan, etc.) that he could offer services in. He did a good job, other customers would like him, and his company should know that. Job well done!

Auxariera and his brother came out to upgrade our water heater to a tankless water heater . they exceeded beyond on getting the job done . They did not give up when there was few bits of bumps on this job. They did not quit they were determined to insure the job was handle professionally with care. They went beyond to make sure we got our hot water back. Very happy on result.
