We called to set up an appointment for my ac that was not starting up, and the technician was able to come within the hour. He fixed my AC within a couple of hours and explained to me everything he was doing. He is incredibly helpful and professional. We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

We used this company because they were the only ones that would come on a holiday weekend. Although I appreciated that, my enthusiasm was replaced by horror when the final costs were tallied. We had similar work done 6 months ago for one-fifth the cost. Along with the high costs of replacing a couple parts, the service man charged an insane amount to simply hook up our own thermostat on a wall that was already wired. It took him fifteen minutes, and he charged $189. Worse yet, the unit isn't even level, so we will have to redo it ourselves.
I do appreciate that they came out when no one else would. But unless NO ONE else is available--or money is of no concern to you--I would stay far, far away.

Complete Comfort helped us when we really needed it!!
Our a/c went out (of course during a heat wave) and we called Complete Comfort because they’re not far from us and have raving reviews. Now I see why! We briefly spoke with Chris who was very kind and professional and Mauricio was the technician who showed up to fix our a/c. I work from home, but Mauricio kept quiet while he was working to fix our capacitor, and he also was a lot quicker than I thought! Myself, my husband, and our animals are all super happy.
Fantastic service all around! Highly recommend.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, easily figured out why my sink was draining in to my dishwasher. He also recognized other potential problems with our 20+ under sink and explained them to me and showed me photos. He genuinely was not trying to upsell me, he just kindly educated me what potential issues we might have in the near future. He was the first plumber ever to bring a cleaning agent and clean my under cabinet before putting all my stuff back in. They were able to schedule my appointment within 3 hours and communicated when he was 20 minutes away. I am highly satisfied.

I took the day off so that I'm home when the work is being done, just to find out that they cannot make it due to other work backed up and asked if I could reschedule for another day. Never happened to us with other services. Very unprofessional.

They were very quick and responsive. Two guys came out for two different days. First day someone came out to give a quote (at no cost) and started the job without verifying we had all the equipment that was needed which resulted in someone else having to come out to finish the work. Colton (second person) was great and completed the work. He was very professional. I would have given the company 5 stars if I didn’t feel that I was taken advantage a bit by another $200 for a second visit after ordering what was needed. The first gentleman could of given a quote and someone could of returned when all equipment was available for the job.

I called Rasco Plumbing to get a quote to install a garbage disposal to replace mine that was old and broken. They gave me a quote over the phone. Their pricing was competitive. Jose came to my home within 2 hours. He was efficient and professional. I am very pleased with the service that I received from Rasco Plumbing. I will be using them again for my plumbing needs and I recommend that you use this company as well.
