Great experience with island Plumbing. First, I am always impressed when workers show up on time. Also nice to receive a ‘heads-up’ text before arriving. Small things count. Zach arrived on time, neat and professional looking. He took the time to educate me about why my new toilet was leaking. He installed the new toilet in no time and removed my old toilet for me which was a huge help as I am a senior. I will be utilizing this company in the future.

Our toliet flooded, so we went to Google Reviews to search for a plumber. Mike replied within minutes. He was responsive, friendly and very professional. Cyrus was very impressive with his demeanor and thoroughness of describing our options. He was also very receptive and explained our options when we told him the scope of our needs. We needed not only our HVAC system replaced, we also needed our entire ductwork replaced AND our hot water heater. He took it all in stride and gave us a great deal, saving us hundreds. Work was completed in two and a half days and they handled all of the permits and arranged for the city inspection.

Thankfully we won't need this done again for quite some time, but if we did, I wouldn't hesitate calling Cyrus and his people back out.Socal PH&AC are the best !!!!

Having a plumbing/water emergency is everyone's nightmare! EHS was quick to help! Corey from the first call had a plumber to my house within an hour. When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. I would definitely recommend this company for your emergency home solution.

When we had a leak on the front lawn of our rental home on a Sunday, we immediately turned to Yelp and called 3 or 4 re-pipe specialists. Repipe1 was the first to return our call on Monday and schedule a visit to price the job. Their price was in line with expectations and they were very responsive in answering all our questions via phone calls and texts. In fact, they were able to save us from tearing up the concrete driveway by re-routing the main line.

In collecting the bids, a competitor bid 25% higher than Repipe1 and then after we told them their price was too high, they called back after “discussing with their manager” and then dropped their price “substantially” which only made me question their first bid. Their “discounted” price was still higher than Repipe1 and they only offered a 5 year warranty versus the Repipe1 “lifetime” guarantee.

Norma, Josh, and Alberto were all professional and extremely responsive. As we are over 400 miles away from our rental property, these folks at Repipe1 made the process of hiring a plumber for a water main leak effortless, painless and uneventful. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently.
