Josh was able to diagnosis our problem quickly. He has good reasoned skills to come up with possible scenarios of what could be happening with our drains and pipes. No BS. Just the facts. He was able to fix everything except a shower drain which he will tackle when he brings out his special equipment.

The other person, who did a preliminary job…fixing the exhaust outflow system, did a somewhat shoddy job by not properly sealing the wall where the exhaust system vented to the outdoors through the wall. I give him a D score.

Our a/c went out (of course during a heat wave) and we called Complete Comfort because they’re not far from us and have raving reviews. Now I see why! We briefly spoke with Chris who was very kind and professional and Mauricio was the technician who showed up to fix our a/c. I work from home, but Mauricio kept quiet while he was working to fix our capacitor, and he also was a lot quicker than I thought! Myself, my husband, and our animals are all super happy.
