I highly recommend De la Rosa Group for plumbing and HVAC work. I’ve used them for both indoor and outdoor plumbing, as well as work on my furnace. David Ramos was very helpful and professional in his approach to the work I needed performed. Also plumber Shawn Hammond is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly repair my bathroom plumbing.

Having a plumbing/water emergency is everyone's nightmare! EHS was quick to help! Corey from the first call had a plumber to my house within an hour. When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. Totally unprofessional. Hack job plumbers unfit to work on expensive home. They showed up on plumbing day and demanded I clear out my garage while 4 plumbers stood there unable to hardly speak English and unwilling to help. I wasn't notified at all. The plumbing routes they intended to take made no sense compared to what other plumbers had quoted. Too bad I cant go lower in rating. Someone should send this company to Homeland Security for investigation into hiring practices. Do not use spend a few bucks more for proper plumbers it's worth it.

From the time I spoke to the nice person who schedules the appointments, to the excellent service I received by the plumbing professionals - I had a wonderful experience with Sage Plumbers and would recommend this company to anyone in need of great plumbing work. I would recommend this company for any major plumbing projects 10/10 times. Their teams are professional, communicative, and effective. The sales associate Dante and manager Joseph answered every single one of my questions and addressed every single concerned I had through out the repipe process for my house. They are very professional and meticulous with details.

Their crews are well staffed and trained with extensive experience so they didn't need to rush to meet their schedule. The repipe crew I had, led by Edgar, cared about quality and was able to complete the job as they promised in one day. The patching crew, led by Luis, did a wonderful job at patching and matching the finishing texture to the adjacent walls.

They make sure their customer is happy and satisfied with their work. I informed the office when I observed some minor issues after the repipe. Joseph immediately coordinated with their foreman to come by my house to fix those issues on the same day. When an issue turned out to be not part of their responsibilities, they offered me with alternatives to fix the situation so I did not walk out unsatisfied.

I was looking for water filtration for my our house and was checking out few companies in the area (Irvine). Peak West Plumbing was one of the companies i requested for an estimates. Their price was very reasonable and yet when they called me for details and discussion of the process i could say that the person on the phone knew every small detail about the job that will be done. I am very detailed guy and the way it was introduced to me was the perfect. At the end of the call i had all answers to my questions that i was planning to ask but never asked because he already answered all of them the way he explained it to me. We agreed on terms and the job was done in 4-5 hours by 2 technicians. I also liked that owner came to check if everything is okay while they were installing everything. We had a pipe leak and decided to repipe the house with pex. Chris came out the same day we had the leak, gave us a quote and started the job a few days later. It took the crew one day to complete the repipe and one day to drywall and patch all the holes. Incredible efficiency, professionalism, and quality. Highly recommend!
