I had a water leak coming from the hot side water shut off valve. Jason came and immediately knew the shut off valve had to be replaced. He did a really great job with the replacement. Not only that, but his customer service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Jason’s service to everyone!

Just had my A/C installed Friday. I'm super happy. Got exactly what I wanted and at a really readable price. cyrus was super and worked with me to get within my budget and still get what I needed. demario and edgar the crew were great, knowledgeable and on time. They did a fabulous job and cleaned up afterwards. I'm so happy. It hardly makes sound, it cools off the areas I needed and it looks GREAT!!! I would recommend socal to anyone looking to install Mini Spits or HVAC. They ROCK!!!

After completion thru the house to make sure things were ready.

Crew showed up next day .
They informed me 3 filled wall shelves, in our Garage, needed to be moved..
Attempted to have the crew assist to clear the area.
They were not willing to help a Senior Citizen of 67 move a thing.
I had a $ 870. credit card deposit that I request to be refunded.
After no supplies delivered & no installation attempted..
NO REFUND as of this date...

Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. Receiving service from the Equity team was like taking a breath of fresh air after having my share of dealing with dishonest, non-punctual, and over-charging plumbing companies. Troy and John were incredibly kind, ever-so-patient to answer all of my questions, genuine, down-to-earth, punctual and honestly the list goes on of their outstanding qualities. The greatest part? They charged me HALF of what another company quoted me and even figured out how to do something that the other company said was “not possible to do”. The other company said I would need to get x, y, and z done in order to get my faucet fixed, and thus $$$ more would need to be charged. However, Troy and John found a way to get the “impossible” thing done WITHOUT having to do an additional x, y, and z. Honestly though, even if the Equity team charged me the same as the other company did, I wouldn’t have minded paying because their good character and outstanding work ethic alone would have made it worth it. Especially as a woman with an infant, I appreciated the genuine warmth that the men brought because I felt so safe and comfortable in a situation that I would usually not have felt that way in. Additionally, it was a plus that Troy responded to texts as well as to phone calls. I have never said this about any service before, but I know I won’t be calling anyone else to take care of my plumbing needs from now on. Troy and John have made me a loyal customer. My recommendation cannot be any any more highly given.

Hassan is a polite, kind, and knowledgeable plumber. Every time we needed a service, he was promptly available. He also charges very competitively.

Pro Star plumbing did a fantastic job. It's a family owned, veteran owned company. I called at 8 pm on a Wednesday and they answered right away. My water heater went out and they were able to come over the next day. Prices are fair and they do great work. Very efficient and they clean up beautifully. I will use them in the future. Highly recommend!

I had a slab leak and was in a plumbing nightmare. I call two other plumbers, the first was rude and overpriced. the second couldn't find the leak even after I showed him where the last plumber said it was. He told me he needed to rip up my whole floor to find the leak, and said it would take 2 days possibly. I have two special needs children who can hardly leave the house and I work from home. I couldn't have it taking forever to repair or costing me a huge amount. I called Oscar at only plumbing and finally I received help. He communicated everything to me up front, plus he found the leak! He was on time to our appointment and had great customer service the entire time. The job was done correctly and timely and I was told what was happening every step of the way. I would definitely recommend. I won't be calling anyone else. Thank you!
