I badly need someone for my toilet installation needs. Thankfully, my friend told me about this company. I called you, and good thing you were able to accommodate my request the same day. The plumber is such a great man in this kind of work. I highly recommend them to others without any doubt.

I usually do not write reviews online but after working with Repipe 1, I truly believe that they deserve nothing but praise. I was having a problem with my hydronic heating system in my condominium so I had a plumbing company come out to hopefully fix what was happening. During the inspection, they found lots of corrosion on some copper pipes and valves that had been replaced by Repipe 1 in the year 2014. By the way, this wasn’t the cause of my heating malfunction, it ended up be a faulty thermostat. But none the less, they advised me to fix the corroded pipes because apparently they were going to eventually fail. The estimated cost to repair? Over 2 thousand dollars! I realized I had my condo repiped in 2014 by Repipe 1, so I called them and I spoke with Veronica. She was so professional and courteous. I have nothing but praise for her. She had me send her some pictures of the piping and apparent corrosion which I promptly sent to her. She thanked me and told me that they would review the pictures and get back to me. Within 24 hours, Veronica notified me that they were sending a supervisor out in three days to replace the pipes. I was so relieved and grateful that this company would stand behind their work which was done 8 years earlier! Actions speak louder than words and this company totally came through🙏Ricardo , from Repipe 1 came out to perform the repairs. He was very polite and professional and he obviously knew what he was doing . He had a lot of knowledge about the hydronic heating system, and that was a huge relief to me. Very few heating and air conditioning companies will even work with this type of heating system? I can’t thank Ricardo enough for the excellent service provided to my family. Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

Mauricio did an excellent job! Although it was just an evaluation, he took his time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explain everything.
