As soon as Ismael arrived impressed by his presentation by handing me his business card and putting on shoe covers before entering my phone WOW that was awesome. Ismael diagnosed my plumbing problem and was very fast and efficient in getting my kitchen sink draining. Ismael was very clean and I was happy with the price. Very impressed with these guys. We got 4 estimates to replace our furnace and AC and decided to go with SOCAL PH&AC not only because of great pricing but that gut feeling of really genuine people who are passionate about their work. Tim was very patient with us and even came out a second time to clarify the work, type of system, and answer final questions we had before deciding to go with them. He responded timely to every email. The day of installation went better than expected. Our installers were Edgar and Demario. They were personable, neat, and knowledgeable. When I called them on Sunday evening, they came right away and taught I will have to get it done maybe another day which would have made me miss work, but they didn’t mind about time they went extra mile and made sure all the work was done the same evening, and the price was very reasonable compared to what my neighbor told me that she pay to other company. Woke up this morning with water falling through my ceiling from my attic. Made 3 calls to other plumbers, and was told it would be 2 to 3 days before anyone can be there. Still searching I called Brothers and left my info (6am). About 10 minutes later my phone rings, it’s Jim from Brothers. He tells me he can have someone there by noon. 11:30 John shows up, finds the leak, fixes it and gone in just over an hour! Very fare price too! I definitely recommend them 💯! They will be my first call next time!!

Showed up on time, was able to move washer and dryer back into the laundry room, reattach and replace all Hoses and most importantly, the 4 inch diameter exhaust pipe for the dryer securely so no more hot moist air was blowing into the laundry room!

There are a ton of plumbers, but not many that you can trust with high volume losses/emergencies and get consistent and reliable service each and every time. No matter the distance or time of day Kinetic leaves each job with happy residents and great follow to management.

Just purchased my home in Riverside and I needed some repairs to be done. Called Oscar and he came over and addressed all my issues. He was able to give me a reasonable estimate and completed the job professionally. All I can say is wife is happy, so happy wife happy life.
