We had David at our house today because our pot filler was leaking. Turns out it was our pressure regulator. He got it taken care of and will be back to install a new pot filler end of week. He was good at communicating with us what needed to be done. Thanks!

This was the second time this individual (didn’t catch his name) has helped us. He was out a year ago to fix an emergency pipe leak in bathroom #1 and did a fantastic job fixing it at 5am. We noticed a similar issues starting to happen in our bathroom #2, so instead of waiting for the emergency leak to happen, we called Roto Rooter to fix it before it got worse. The same man came out and fixed the probably in less than 30 minutes. He was very kind, professional, and followed social distancing procedures.

This was the third plumber I called for a main water leak. I was quoted $1,050 but the first plumber, $725 by the second plumber and $490 by Tomas at Rasco Plumbing. I gave the approval to Tomas to go ahead and fix it. About 2 hours later, he had fixed it and charged me less than originally quoted. Very honest guy. I would recommend him!

My service was short and sweet so this will be as well. I like to do things myself as long as it's in my wheel house which I was positive this was. I had a stiff shower handle and the cartridge need to be replaced. Fortunately it has a lifetime warranty so I was able to get a new cartridge for free. However upon replacing it it not only leaked but it was still stiff to turn. I couldn't figure it out so finally I relented and called Patriot plumbing. They were very helpful over the phone and were able to help me figure out how to diagnose the problem and voila I got it working!!

John came out and took care of our double kitchen sink that had backed up. They were quick, courteous, and got us working again in very short order! Thank you so much!

Slavi and his team were so professional and responsive. Our old water heater needed to be replaced urgently. After reading many positive reviews, I contacted OC Repipes. They responded immediately and visited to assess the situation. We decided to upgrade to a tankless system and repipe the house at the same time. We got a couple other quotes as well, but the responsiveness, pricing and professionalism from Slavi made our decision easy. The work began promptly. The team was conscientious and carefully protected the house, furniture and floors with plastic sheeting. While it looked a little like a scene from Dexter, no dust or mess was left behind. Also all the wall patches were seamless. It's been a couple months so far and we have better water pressure, instant hot water and a lower gas bill. This is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.

I took the day off so that I'm home when the work is being done, just to find out that they cannot make it due to other work backed up and asked if I could reschedule for another day. Never happened to us with other services. Very unprofessional.

We had a pipe leak and decided to repipe the house with pex. Chris came out the same day we had the leak, gave us a quote and started the job a few days later. It took the crew one day to complete the repipe and one day to drywall and patch all the holes. Incredible efficiency, professionalism, and quality. Highly recommend!
