Best Hot Water Heater in Irvine CA

Owner Dave was cordial at first towards a repipe (probably because HOA paid the tab). During the repiping process, his workers were late + smoked in my garage, spilled coffee all my fridge, and damaged my belongings in the garage. I informed him of these issues as any homeowners would and instead of apologizing, he rudely questions me for messaging him. This guy is a joke and can't man up to mistakes. Furthermore, he sent an invoice for a water heater move and then declines a few days later stating its bad karma.

Sometimes it’s hard to find a great plumber, but these guys are it. Tech arrived on time, completed the job promptly and for a great value. I highly recommend Coastline Plumbing!

isamel was very fast and clean on replacing my leaking hose bib in my backyard. the price was reasonable for a holiday and will ise this company again.

As the Los Angeles temperatures dropped toward what passes for cold in these here parts, we lit our wall furnace but discovered that our thermostat was no longer turning on the burner. We scheduled an appointment with socal, which gives 3-hour windows. Their service tech cyrus arrived at EXACTLY the start of our window, checked out the situation thoroughly, and determined that the wire had been cut between the thermostat and furnace (we'd had some old flooring removed and new flooring installed, and apparently somewhere along the line the wire, which ran under the floor, had been damaged).

We determined that the best course of action would be to install a new thermostat in a different location. cyrus told me that in honesty it's an easy DIY job and showed me how to do it, but when I made clear that no DIY job is easy for me (a handyman I am not), he got back to me later with a very reasonable quote to do the install himself, parts included. I set another appointment window, for which he arrived EARLY (having called ahead first to make sure it was a good time for me), and did the job neatly, effectively, and in good time.

So to sum up: cyrus and socal ph&ac did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, and for the price they said they'd do it for, and they did it well. What more can you ask? I hope for no further heater issues any time soon, but if they arise, I won't hesitate to call them again.

Josh Dawn came right on schedule.
He was very personable, clear, honest and efficient. There was a bit of confusion regarding my start date but he got things immediately back on schedule. He reiterated that he was available to trouble shoot should there be timing hiccups leading up to our repipe date and provided multiple options during the process.

I never thought twice about my water heater. To be completely honest I totally forgot about that thing in my garage. I get back from my vacation to come home with a leaking water heater and NO hot water. Called around, and kept getting the companies that wanted to come out and give me an estimate. Found quick water heater online. Their website has all their pricing and is strait forward. Luke came out fixed it right away and was gone. I highly recommend this company

I hired Kalka as a subcontractor to ventilate a fireplace during a remodel of my home. They were already there doing the HVAC and said they could easily ventilate the fireplace. They ventilated a B-Vent fireplace out the side of my house. They were given the make, model, and serial # of the fireplace they were venting but did not do their homework. When I turned the fireplace for the first time after the remodel my home filled with carbon dioxide gas. They refused to take any responsibility for the mistake they made 100%. This is not a company that does the right thing. They are a company that does whatever they have to do for their bottom line.

I had my toilet clogged in the middle of the night and these guys showed up within an hour. I was satisfied.

I reached out to have someone let me know why our dishwasher was spewing water out of the air gap on top of my sink and to look at the valve in one of our bathrooms.

A technician showed up promptly for our 8 am appointment and was very professional. I explained and showed him what my concerns were. He then spent about 10 minutes looking at both and then told me the following:

I don't know that you need to replace the valve and flapper, but you can if you want. However, the 8 hose that goes between the garbage disposal and air gap was bent, clogged and needs to be replaced. I asked how much and was told $450.

Can you imagine my surprise that it would cost that much to replace a $10 part in my toilet and an 8 hose that is clogged under my sink? I asked him how much for each. He told me that the air gap would be $250 which made the valve $200. Needless to say I politely told him that I would not be using their services and thanked him for his time. He was super nice and it seemed as he was used to this kind of response.

After he left I took a look at the 8 hose he said was clogged and used a hanger to clean it out. It seems it was full of rice from our dinner two nights ago and 2 minutes later I reattached it to my garbage disposal and turned on my dishwasher and the issue was gone.

So here is my question and issue. If it clearly was clogged, why wouldn't you offer a $25-50 cleaning of the 8 hose rather than telling me $250 to REPLACE the air gap or 8 hose? That is pretty shady if you ask me. It also seems your pricing is about $100 per item higher than your competition.

I really was trying to support your business because your business address shows you are in the next development from my home and I assumed you were an honest, small family owned business. Clearly that is not the case and you are just opportunists.

Hopefully others don't fall for this routine...

We had a leak under our house for over a year and tried two other plumbing companies to detect it - both were unsuccessful! My cousin suggested we contact Evans Leak Detection and Slab Repair because they have better equipment for locating hidden leaks. And I am very pleased with the service, and Evans is the best leak detection company! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Never call this company for water heater repair or installation.
a month ago they replaced new water heater for me.and then they said need to come back on next day to finish the job. I thought they gonna come back for sure.I paid off the total amount $3287.00 .after that they never show up. I called so many times. they never call me back!
