Cyrus was very impressive with his demeanor and thoroughness of describing our options. He was also very receptive and explained our options when we told him the scope of our needs. We needed not only our HVAC system replaced, we also needed our entire ductwork replaced AND our hot water heater. He took it all in stride and gave us a great deal, saving us hundreds. Work was completed in two and a half days and they handled all of the permits and arranged for the city inspection.

Thankfully we won't need this done again for quite some time, but if we did, I wouldn't hesitate calling Cyrus and his people back out.Socal PH&AC are the best !!!!

There’s a lot of reasons to be happy today! I want to share this great experience of mine and this is the reason why I am overwhelmed today. This technician accomplished the heating furnace repair at my place. I knew how hard it is to do it but then, he is determined and focus to do the job. He is kind, knowledgeable, professional and approachable. He managed to finish the job easily and appropriately. He had done so much for me. The master and his assistant came out and very quickly determined what was wrong with my oven. He had the part with him, he replaced it and fixed it within half an hour. He also took the time to explain what was wrong with it and also gave some great tips on using filters (turned out the ones I had were terrible). Great service.

The customer service, quality of work, honesty and dependability of this company is top notch. They are interested in what is best for the customer for sure. I was on a tight budget and they suggested that I hold off putting in a new AC unit for several months for a few reasons. They could have easily not suggested that and gotten my money many months ago. This company is amazingly good. We lived with cold and heaters every winter and I thought it was just bad ducting and old Victorian drafts. Finally, based on the reviews, I called these guys to come and see why there is so little heat. The president of the company arrived almost instantly and made a thorough inspection. He laid out my options for both repair and replacement. When I saw how reasonable the price was, I decided to replace the old forced air oven. The very next day my new stove was delivered and installed, the old stove was cleaned and the place was left clean. 20 minutes after turning it on, the apartment became warmer than ever in the 18 years we have lived here. I must admit, a tear of joy came to my eyes when I learned that all those cold nights were over forever. I'm kicking myself for not doing this many years ago. These guys are the best.

Ryan did such an amazing job. I have a hydronic water pump that is used to heat my house.
I had it replaced a year and a half ago and could not remember the name of the company that did the repair.
When Ryan came in and looked at how the old unit was installed, I could tell that it was not done correctly from the very beginning.

I'm very disappointed with the service I received. The professional listened to what I had already done and decided that he would not be able to clear my clogged drain, but would take a look. He removed the trap on the sink, shined his flashlight in and said it wasn't possible to clear it unless he used a hydrojet for $417.64 Then also offered to install a clean-out for future issues for a small price of $1,642.71 I thanked him for his time with my 8 month old grandson and no sink, and sent him on his way. The next morning I removed the small plastic adapter to the house drain, got my snake down it EASILY and cleared my own drain for $0. You have professional plumbers who treat customers like this? I will be posting a survey everywhere in hope of warning others of your bait and switch tactics. He also left the piece he removed loose when he put it back and it leaked all over my cabinet.
