We're doing an addition, and we needed some Heating and A/C help to see if our current system would handle the new square footage.

tim, the guy they sent out to do the quote was very friendly and honest about everything we needed done. He told us everything about our current system, and explained why we should replace what we have. He also explained why we could keep our existing system which is something the other guys didn't do.

tim , my main contact has been extraordinary. He was able to schedule our install while we were away in order for us to avoid having no heat for a few nights since in consideration of our one year old.

Overall, I'd certainly recommend these guys to anybody looking for HVAC help. also thanks to my installers edgar and demario they were super nice and helpful!

This is a truly reliable and dependable service. I was blown away by the incredible service I received from Irvine HVAC Masters. They were here promptly and quickly identified the problem of my Air conditioning. They offer very prompt service with a three-hour window of time available at a very reasonable price. They were able to work with my schedule and the job took about the time they estimated - even with an unplanned workaround due to my original set up. They cleaned up the whole work site after the service. Their attention to detail is very commendable. Irvine HVAC Masters seems like a very reputable company in the area. I highly recommend you guys and still patronizing your services in the future.

The master and his assistant came out and very quickly determined what was wrong with my oven. He had the part with him, he replaced it and fixed it within half an hour. He also took the time to explain what was wrong with it and also gave some great tips on using filters (turned out the ones I had were terrible). Great service.

Last weekend we had a problem with the stove. He was kind enough to help me solve some basic problems over the phone on Saturday. When that didn't work, we agreed that I needed him to take a look. He assured us that the stove would be in order by the weekend, and we agreed that he would come on Monday. He approached, was on time and did not close the lines of communication until his arrival. When he was here he gave an honest assessment of the problem and was able to fix my oven. He was extremely professional, helpful, friendly and gave us great advice. He is a local businessman who cares about the client and it is clear that he wanted to do his job the best he could. He delivered and then some. If we ever need help with our oven, he'll be the first and only person I'll call. Thanks again for your help.

My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.

I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.
