When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. I had a slab leak and was in a plumbing nightmare. I call two other plumbers, the first was rude and overpriced. the second couldn't find the leak even after I showed him where the last plumber said it was. He told me he needed to rip up my whole floor to find the leak, and said it would take 2 days possibly. I have two special needs children who can hardly leave the house and I work from home. I couldn't have it taking forever to repair or costing me a huge amount. I called Oscar at only plumbing and finally I received help. He communicated everything to me up front, plus he found the leak! He was on time to our appointment and had great customer service the entire time. The job was done correctly and timely and I was told what was happening every step of the way. I would definitely recommend. I won't be calling anyone else. Thank you!

I want to give a shout out to the employees at Simpex. My water heater was leaking and I was unsure of what to do. I called Simpex and got great customer service from the beginning to the end.
