4 hours late and $474 for a simple clean out is just dumb. If they wouldn’t of been four hours late, I would’ve said forget it.

I usually do not write reviews online but after working with Repipe 1, I truly believe that they deserve nothing but praise. I was having a problem with my hydronic heating system in my condominium so I had a plumbing company come out to hopefully fix what was happening. During the inspection, they found lots of corrosion on some copper pipes and valves that had been replaced by Repipe 1 in the year 2014. By the way, this wasn’t the cause of my heating malfunction, it ended up be a faulty thermostat. But none the less, they advised me to fix the corroded pipes because apparently they were going to eventually fail. The estimated cost to repair? Over 2 thousand dollars! I realized I had my condo repiped in 2014 by Repipe 1, so I called them and I spoke with Veronica. She was so professional and courteous. I have nothing but praise for her. She had me send her some pictures of the piping and apparent corrosion which I promptly sent to her. She thanked me and told me that they would review the pictures and get back to me. Within 24 hours, Veronica notified me that they were sending a supervisor out in three days to replace the pipes. I was so relieved and grateful that this company would stand behind their work which was done 8 years earlier! Actions speak louder than words and this company totally came through🙏Ricardo , from Repipe 1 came out to perform the repairs. He was very polite and professional and he obviously knew what he was doing . He had a lot of knowledge about the hydronic heating system, and that was a huge relief to me. Very few heating and air conditioning companies will even work with this type of heating system? I can’t thank Ricardo enough for the excellent service provided to my family. We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

The team at Simplex starting with Dante, Phil and the crew lead by Edgar did a miraculous job. My house was a complex one and they did the whole job re-pipe and patch in less than 48 hours. The pricing was great and they were beyond helpful in detecting other fixes in an efficient manner. I'm very thankful for their service and will be recommending to all my family and friends.

My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.

I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.

Gustavo arrived on time. He was very friendly. Explained everything to me and all of the work was completed as described. He's an asset to the company.

Marc did amazing work for my recent home renovation! He installed a new toilet and and new vanity/faucet. They look great and work well. Receiving service from the Equity team was like taking a breath of fresh air after having my share of dealing with dishonest, non-punctual, and over-charging plumbing companies. Troy and John were incredibly kind, ever-so-patient to answer all of my questions, genuine, down-to-earth, punctual and honestly the list goes on of their outstanding qualities. The greatest part? They charged me HALF of what another company quoted me and even figured out how to do something that the other company said was “not possible to do”. The other company said I would need to get x, y, and z done in order to get my faucet fixed, and thus $$$ more would need to be charged. However, Troy and John found a way to get the “impossible” thing done WITHOUT having to do an additional x, y, and z. Honestly though, even if the Equity team charged me the same as the other company did, I wouldn’t have minded paying because their good character and outstanding work ethic alone would have made it worth it. Especially as a woman with an infant, I appreciated the genuine warmth that the men brought because I felt so safe and comfortable in a situation that I would usually not have felt that way in. Additionally, it was a plus that Troy responded to texts as well as to phone calls. I have never said this about any service before, but I know I won’t be calling anyone else to take care of my plumbing needs from now on. Troy and John have made me a loyal customer. My recommendation cannot be any any more highly given.

Hassan picked up my call. Super professional and kind man. Arrived at my home within an hour and inspected the toilet problem. Ended up solving the issue really quick. Highly recommend this company. They really want to help you. Will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Difficult experience, estimate did not include everything so additional costs were added later on. Finish work was not completed correctly, still dealing with the work that was done, placed handles in the wrong place, would not make it right, tub still not glued in to place, left drain pipe at an angle, would charge again to complete work that was in the contract. Guy is intimidating, has no concern about how or if the work is done. Bath tub leaks when draining the water, toilet did not flush properly, need to get into the crawl space to see if the what else might be leaking.
