When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. I would definitely recommend this company for your emergency home solution.

Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. Parzival returns calls quickly and is usually able to arrive the same day. Work is done professionally and for a fair price. We have used them five times now and will call them next time too.

My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.

I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.

Wow! I have nothing but good things to say about Bluefrog. I have used them many times in the past for various plumbing repairs and most recently had them replace my old water heater. Very reasonable and honest. I thought my AC compressor was completely out while it was a much much smaller part costi g a whole lot less. Didn't try to sell me any other part or service, just replaced the part and was on his way. Great service, I will definitely call them again.

Amazing communication fast quality work an all around great service

James at Patriot was EXTREMELY helpful. He first came to me through a Yelp ad when I used Patriot to get a second estimate on the cost for a main water service line leak. James figured out a way to replace the line without destroying my bricks which would have cost me significant additional money. Around the same time I needed to replace an upstairs toilet that was smaller than the standard size. When his supplier did not have a toilet that would fit, he found me one that would work from Home Depot. Overall, I could not be happier with the service provided by Patriot Plumbers and James in particular! I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs in the future

Jeff Amend and Gio were very good, kept me up to date on every step and explained everything very well beforehand.

Called on a Tuesday to arrange for an A/C appt on Saturday. Received a vague phone call from a representative on Friday evening at 5:30 stating that their A/C technicians will be unavailable for the Saturday morning appointment. He gave no reason or alternative, simply that I needed to call in and reschedule... Reschedule I did... With ANOTHER A/C COMPANY! I have never dealt with Mike Diamond before. Figured they were legit based on their whacky radio commercials and lofty promises. I should have listened to all those reviews on Yelp and taken into consideration their 2 star rating. They've forever lost my business and I will be sure to spread my experience to friends and family so that they can avoid them as well.
