Our a/c went out (of course during a heat wave) and we called Complete Comfort because they’re not far from us and have raving reviews. Now I see why! We briefly spoke with Chris who was very kind and professional and Mauricio was the technician who showed up to fix our a/c. I work from home, but Mauricio kept quiet while he was working to fix our capacitor, and he also was a lot quicker than I thought! Myself, my husband, and our animals are all super happy.

Marc did amazing work for my recent home renovation! He installed a new toilet and and new vanity/faucet. They look great and work well. He was on time and excellent at problem solving through some unexpected challenges at my home. He worked quickly and efficiently - would highly recommend to anyone looking for a plumber! :)

I reached out to have someone let me know why our dishwasher was spewing water out of the air gap on top of my sink and to look at the valve in one of our bathrooms.

A technician showed up promptly for our 8 am appointment and was very professional. I explained and showed him what my concerns were. He then spent about 10 minutes looking at both and then told me the following:

I don't know that you need to replace the valve and flapper, but you can if you want. However, the 8 hose that goes between the garbage disposal and air gap was bent, clogged and needs to be replaced. I asked how much and was told $450.

Can you imagine my surprise that it would cost that much to replace a $10 part in my toilet and an 8 hose that is clogged under my sink? I asked him how much for each. He told me that the air gap would be $250 which made the valve $200. Needless to say I politely told him that I would not be using their services and thanked him for his time. He was super nice and it seemed as he was used to this kind of response.

After he left I took a look at the 8 hose he said was clogged and used a hanger to clean it out. It seems it was full of rice from our dinner two nights ago and 2 minutes later I reattached it to my garbage disposal and turned on my dishwasher and the issue was gone.

So here is my question and issue. If it clearly was clogged, why wouldn't you offer a $25-50 cleaning of the 8 hose rather than telling me $250 to REPLACE the air gap or 8 hose? That is pretty shady if you ask me. It also seems your pricing is about $100 per item higher than your competition.

I really was trying to support your business because your business address shows you are in the next development from my home and I assumed you were an honest, small family owned business. Clearly that is not the case and you are just opportunists.

Hopefully others don't fall for this routine...

Very reasonable and honest. I thought my AC compressor was completely out while it was a much much smaller part costi g a whole lot less. Didn't try to sell me any other part or service, just replaced the part and was on his way. Great service, I will definitely call them again.

I honestly don't understand how even a novice plumber could make so many mistakes.1. The escutcheon was not installed flush with the tile, and the handle wasn't inserted all the way in. With some usage of the handle it will eventually wiggle and the silicone would detach from the tile, creating a leak.2. Poor and messy caulk job.3. Sealed the weep holes at the bottom.4. Did not ask me which color caulk to use.When my husband called to complain they basically accused him of being a liar and said that their plumber had notified us it would be installed this way. Except he *never* said anything until we brought it up. He also reassured us that it's waterproof because of the caulking, but then snuck in some verbiage into the invoice (which was only generated *after* he was done) that there's no warranty for leaks.What kind of plumber does work that he knows will leak and then blames it on the customer? Horrific.

Terrible experience - had a blocked drain, my husband had tried clearing with a snake, but with no luck so decided to call 'professionals'. Had to wait two days for availablity, so had no use of our kitchen sink, laundry, dishwasher and utility sink. When they finally did arrive, they were incredibly unprofessional and grumpy. Very little effort put in to actually do anything, told us it was a cracked pipe and quoted $3,500 for 'spot repair'!!!

Called a different local plumber who came the next day, turns out it was just a blocked drain after all and they sorted it within 30mins
