Cyrus was very impressive with his demeanor and thoroughness of describing our options. He was also very receptive and explained our options when we told him the scope of our needs. We needed not only our HVAC system replaced, we also needed our entire ductwork replaced AND our hot water heater. He took it all in stride and gave us a great deal, saving us hundreds. Work was completed in two and a half days and they handled all of the permits and arranged for the city inspection.

Thankfully we won't need this done again for quite some time, but if we did, I wouldn't hesitate calling Cyrus and his people back out.Socal PH&AC are the best !!!!

Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. The pipe bursted leaving me with no water and my neighbor's home potentially flooding. He understood the severity of the situation and within hours a Crew arrived and was able to locate the burst pipe. A few hours later They had an emergency water flood contractor Open up the wall allowing the plumber to fix the pipe. Needless to say the experience with every person was far beyond my expectations. The last time this happened I was out of water for 3 weeks. They had my water on within 12 hours! BOOM 💥

Pro Star plumbing did a fantastic job. It's a family owned, veteran owned company. I called at 8 pm on a Wednesday and they answered right away. My water heater went out and they were able to come over the next day. Prices are fair and they do great work. Very efficient and they clean up beautifully. I will use them in the future. Highly recommend!
