Sean (and Paul) were awesome! The County Inspector needed to see my earthquake flex connector to the main sewer line. The guys had to locate it and dig down to expose it! They were very pleasant the whole time! The inspector returned a third time and was still not happy! I texted Sean (a month after the service call) and he had me send him a picture of the work. He called my inspector himself and sent her the picture and voila - after 3 months - she signed me off! Sean totally went above and beyond! I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to have someone willing to go the extra mile and someone to trust especially for a woman on her own!
