When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. This is my second time using Olson Superior Plumbing, after the first time I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. This time we had Brian Shute, who‘s not only very knowledgeable and helpful, but we appreciate him being patient, thoughtful, and thorough, by setting up a diagnostic plan to first identify the root cause before jumping into replacing our PRV, as what we originally asked for, even though that means he has to come back and forth multiple times. I’d like to commend their excellent service attitude and professionalism.

Our a/c went out (of course during a heat wave) and we called Complete Comfort because they’re not far from us and have raving reviews. Now I see why! We briefly spoke with Chris who was very kind and professional and Mauricio was the technician who showed up to fix our a/c. I work from home, but Mauricio kept quiet while he was working to fix our capacitor, and he also was a lot quicker than I thought! Myself, my husband, and our animals are all super happy.

Excellent quality service, Troy was very responsive arrived within an hour of my call out and had out hot water tank replaced within 24 hours. We now have. Instant hot water and a new plumber for our home. So glad we found Troy he is kind, respectful, diligent and efficient.

Steve is a very experienced and knowledgeable plumber. He immediately evaluated my broken pipe issue and had it repaired it quickly. Dalton and his dad (the owner, sorry forgot his name) came out to fix a leak in upstairs tub. They were professional but personable. Very reasonable and honest. I thought my AC compressor was completely out while it was a much much smaller part costi g a whole lot less. Didn't try to sell me any other part or service, just replaced the part and was on his way. Great service, I will definitely call them again.

I was concerned about a possible slab leak in my home. I called around for a few quotes to get someone out to check and was quoted anywhere from $400 to $800 with extra fees to come same or next day.. ugh! When I contacted Evans Leak Detection the first thing he told me was how to check my water meter myself to help determine if there is a leak and this trick saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you for caring more about actually helping me than making a quick buck. So appreciated. If we wind up needing any plumbing work ill be calling back as they have now earned my appreciation and trust!

I am very pleased with Dino and Fred. they did a very neat job installing water pressure valve and replacing a welded garden faucet. Dino explained how the pressure valve works and how to adjust water pressure if necessary. I will definitely recommend them!
