My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

We just have them to solve our kitchen clog, they are very on the job and very honest on the job. We were thinking a big problem on our sink clog (had another guy came before and didn't fix it) and was going to use airjet which would cost more than usual method. But after they arrived, they check and realized not need and got the problem solved woth the traditional method. Didnt went on the airjet(i am from automotive industry, and you know how the usual shop does, lol), which i am happy for their honesty and will absolutely call them again and recommend them to my friends and family for plumber problem.

James was very professional and knew exactly what to do. He spent the entire day working on a very tough situation. Upon completion he cleaned up the area and educated me on how to prevent the situation from reoccurring. I was looking for water filtration for my our house and was checking out few companies in the area (Irvine). Peak West Plumbing was one of the companies i requested for an estimates. Their price was very reasonable and yet when they called me for details and discussion of the process i could say that the person on the phone knew every small detail about the job that will be done. I am very detailed guy and the way it was introduced to me was the perfect. At the end of the call i had all answers to my questions that i was planning to ask but never asked because he already answered all of them the way he explained it to me. We agreed on terms and the job was done in 4-5 hours by 2 technicians. I also liked that owner came to check if everything is okay while they were installing everything. Slavi and his team were so professional and responsive. Our old water heater needed to be replaced urgently. After reading many positive reviews, I contacted OC Repipes. They responded immediately and visited to assess the situation. We decided to upgrade to a tankless system and repipe the house at the same time. We got a couple other quotes as well, but the responsiveness, pricing and professionalism from Slavi made our decision easy. The work began promptly. The team was conscientious and carefully protected the house, furniture and floors with plastic sheeting. While it looked a little like a scene from Dexter, no dust or mess was left behind. Also all the wall patches were seamless. It's been a couple months so far and we have better water pressure, instant hot water and a lower gas bill. This is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.
