We had such a wonderful experience with our technician! We was friendly and professional and he made it so our old AC unit could continue to work.

Our heat pump died (it was old & beyond worth repairing) and they were able to get a new system installed the next day for a very reasonable price. Install guys were professional, quick, & clean.

I usually don't post reviews but this was such a terrible situation that I felt compelled to share. We had a serious gas leak in our home last month. I have had a service agreement with WCA/Mr. Plumber for years and have been pleased with their service so I automatically called them to determine the gas leak and repair. The first repair tech came out to our house and told me there was no gas leak. We could still smell the gas so we called the gas company who confirmed we had a significant gas leak (failed the meter test) and turned off our gas. After numerous WCA technicians attempted to address the problem and fix (and charges totaling $2k) it still was not repaired after a week with daily technicians (I actually had 3 technicians one day and they were on the phone with their manager to identify the manifold.) To make matters worse, I have attempted to resolve the disputed charges with their customer service reps who do not return phone calls but have continued to bill me for these repair services. My family was put in harms way and I was forced to miss work for an additional week while WCA/Mr. Plumber wasted time and money attempting to repair the gas leak. The end result was a major gas leak in our main line to our home. The gas leak was successfully repaired by another plumbing company within two days and at significantly less money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
