Helped determined source of leak in basement

Godby recently performed our seasonal maintenance and installed a humidifier. The tech was wonderful! He explained what he would be doing, approx. how long he thought it might take, and worked diligently until it was up and running. I trust Godby and have been a customer for at least 9 years.

Needed a washer valve changed out due to is purchasing a new washer that had older outdated valves . I scheduled for them to come out tomorrow and received a call shortly after saying they had a technician available today! His name was Brad and was absolutely excellent and very polite and professional…… the price was what I consider fiat and the work was impeccable! Highly recommended and will use moving forward with any and all plumbing needs .

Installed Dishwasher and New stove.

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!

Contacted Fite Plumbing to do the annual certification of backflow preventer valve. The person conducting the test failed my valve, then I received a quote for $1100+ to replace and certify the new valve. Which I purchased a new valve myself for $79.99, hired a different company who when they came our I asked them to retest the old valve prior to replacing to find that it did pass, I did not need a new valve. Not very professional company in my mind and will never call them again.
