My sewer line was backing up on a Saturday which they did everything they could before they determined they needed to dig up the spot they marked to get eyes on the troubled spot. Turns out I had a broken sewer line pipe and within 6 days of the original call, they had the pipe fixed. Mark and Shawn did a great job in the short amount of time to get things fix. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.

Roto Rooter is a complete waste of time to deal with. I explained the issue and told the guy when he got here the issue. Come to find out, he admittedly announced that he is not licensed plumber and has no idea what he is doing and can’t fix my problem. All this, after saying he can fix the issue.
