Our entire experience with LD Smith Plumbing was great. I sent an appointment request late at Wednesday night for a gas line repair and received a call 1st thing in Thursday morning to get someone scheduled same day. Although the entire project took about 2-3 days (not their fault), it was done in a very professional manner. Eric and Justin were super friendly, funny, and helpful. They offered to help clean up any mess that was made and offered suggestions without being pushy. Had to call the office after the project was completed because something wasn't right and they had Justin arriving at our door in less than 30 minutes. Cannot recommend them enough!

Got our frozen water line unfrozen and water back flowing through the kitchen sink... the only thing that I thought was bad was he was only here 15 minutes and it was 307.00 dollar's which I thought was kinda on the high side.....but it was Hella cold outside and he had to get in the crawl space under the house when the wild chill was -35 degrees so I get it

??????This is a six star rating. This young man from Peterman Brothers came to our house to valuated the pump grinder. This pump grinder was installed in 2021 and it has been running constantly ever since. Which caused to burn out the pump grinder. Upon inspection Jonas Jackson and crew?from Peterman Brothers told use that it was not installed properly. They were prompt and followed through to install grinder properly. I highly recommend Peterman Brothers.

Service was prompt and work was completed in a timely manner. Price was fair, especially considering the prompt response. All work completed in a quality manner. I would not hesitate to use Winters Plumbing again.

Contacted Fite Plumbing to do the annual certification of backflow preventer valve. The person conducting the test failed my valve, then I received a quote for $1100+ to replace and certify the new valve. Which I purchased a new valve myself for $79.99, hired a different company who when they came our I asked them to retest the old valve prior to replacing to find that it did pass, I did not need a new valve. Not very professional company in my mind and will never call them again.

It was great! Eddie did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable and fast in his work. He took time to show me the issue and how to go about fixing it as well which I found very good to know.

Brad assessed our plumming issue changed and reassembled our shower components and parts. Gave us an estimated for future water heater, very nice man and professional.
