While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

I am so glad I called them! Their work was excellent ! Now I feel relieved about any concern I have about my main sewer inner with all the roots they cleaned. The camera was excellent and I could see all the way to the street line. Both young men were intent on doing the best job possible.they were friendly and very professional. I can't say enough good things.

My grandson flushed a bottle of saline nasal spray down the toilet and plugged it up. Jeff gave me a quote and was able to unplug the toilet without removing it from the floor , which surprised me as it was not the first time we had this problem. He also gave me some helpful hints on how to keep this from happening again. Very greatful! I am keeping their number handy. Good people.

Jess was great. A big box store had refused to install my new toilet because the old one was clogged. They left the toilet and walked out. Jess fixed the clog and installed my new toilet. He is the BESt!
