My sump pump went out on NYE (a great day for that to happen)! Grateful Plumbers was one of the suggested plumbers for Thumbtack. Adam answered the phone on New Year's Day and I was able to get scheduled in for the very next day. He was a couple of hours late, but had called me to let me know. The quote was pretty high (around $563), considering that I went to Menard's and was able to buy a sump pump for $150. I knew this ahead of time, but there was a $49 call fee for him to come out to the house, which would have been deducted from my total bill had he replaced the pump.

Employees are very honest. Had other quotes on repair for 500 bucks for repairing plumbing and for hooking up a washer and dryer. Had Weilhammer out, and the technician said I didn't need their services and that I should just proceed with the install because the other plumber was wrong.

Had a great experience with this plumber. They first explained to me all my options for fixing the drainage issues I was having and then were able to do the service around my work schedule. Thank you!

Indywaterheaterpros, removed my old water heater and installed my new water heater. He made sure that I received hot water in all faucets. He made sure that there was water pressure.
He returned today (two days later) and worked on my garbage disposal (wiring), it was installed but, never had any juice. I also had a brand new OTR microwave still in it's original box. It had sat on the kitchen floor, for two years. It is finally out of its box and installed. My garbage disposal works, allowing water to go down the drain. I've been making sure no water or food was poured or placed in the sink that, the disposal was on. My new microwave works (I popped popcorn). I am so excited and happy with the work provided. We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
