Best Lift Station Maintenance in Indianapolis IN

I had been having drain problems with water backing up in my basement and had not had success with getting it resolved. I had purchased coverage on the sewer system and that company sent Gordon Plumbing today (Rudy, plumber extraordinaire :). He worked nearly all day to diagnose the problem and solve it, with many issues such as do exist in an old house. He even cleaned up afterward and took time to explain everything he did. I really appreciate Rudy and his level of service....thanks so much!

Can't say enough about the great job Hellyer Plumbing did installing a new water line on my property. The crew worked long hours to get the job done as fast as possible, which we appreciated very much, considering we were without running water. Prime was fantastic. Extremely fast responses from requesting a quote to scheduling to doing the job. The job was done extremely fast and with very minimal disturbance to my lawn in the necessary dig area. Phil really knows his business, did the work RIGHT, and was friendly and flexible throughout. I called up Curt & Jerry Sewer after a referral from another local plumbing company to investigate a sewer gas smell in my house. A couple guys arrived and I explained the issue to them. They offered up some 'advice' on the issue but barely even came inside. Instead of going into the basement to actually investigate, they just told me what they 'probably thought' the issue was from and gave me a $99 service visit bill. Since the issue was not resolved, I contacted another company and they were able to locate the issue within two minutes of being in the basement. I would not recommend contacting Curt & Jerry to look into any issues. Calling them turned out to be a complete waste of $99.

Dave was out to pump out our tank and the lid was rusted shut! He work on it for at least a half hour final got it loose and got the job done. Gave a couple of great tips to help make the septic better. Great service! From now on they will be the only company I will use! Well Done.
